I do, by that time I'm usually hammered, eeeergo the best time to write something honest about other members or even better to write your peer review, and hopefully it will come across as witty or in 'good taste' rather than as 'slanderous' or cynical.

I sent my feedback. I take full responsibility for being so late. In my defense, it took me about 8 times as long as NoobX did. It's because I'm growing old. The typing bones don't work proper no more and I had to freshen my memory about how some members changed this year.
