Azzie does this out of the goodness of his heart. Plus its much more fun to have an interesting and thoughtful paragraph to read about a member, than a silly quipp that means nothing.

I never meant that people should only be writing sycophantic things DS. I think maybe you misunderstood me. I meant, its much more rewarding to read something that discusses how others see you (flaws and all) written in a constructive and well thought out manner. Rather than a rage fuelled rant or a childish one liner.

I was just messing with the all that "hurry up!" stuff. The key to everything is to take your time. Eg.: There is no point in fighting a war if you don't take time and think of a good strategies.

Also DS go ape **** in your feedback. Aslong as you don't insult people all is good. It is true one does learn a lot more from people criticsm than from lots of "oooh so pretty!". Still if there are good things to say by all means do it!

We didn't do anything wild & cool this year, like assign each person a power ranger spirit animal. We should have done something like "Which famous superhero / hero best matches this person" or something.
