I think I will reain with my feedback that I sent Azzie a few weeks ago.Not because I'm lazy to feedback 5-6 members,but most of them I don't know really good and I don't wanna feedback them only in 1 word,it's useless

Ok hi folks. Sorry for the delay but yeah I was busy with all the final exams, graduation festivities and their obligations and now the ball at the end oO. But from then on I only have party obligations which only take up time of my night^^. Ok everybody so we're going to start this but before I'd like to remind everybody of a few things:
For this thing to work properly you need to express your opinion over the members on the list, but if you do this please do it in a semi-intelligent non-offensive manner. Criticism is a part of life of course and I'm sure everybody is prepared for some but please make it constructive. Stuff like "You suck" is eihter proof of your inability to either stand above your differences or that you're a coward taking cheap shots at people behind the curtain of animosity. So please everybody be responsabile about this.
And last but not least please do this in the spirit of Adrius

The more feedback a person gets the happier he'll be (eventhough no feedback is also a form of feedback) so please don't slack off!

Oh yeah! I forgot about myself lol thanks for reminding me:S. Damnit... well notbody can pull a mytical and simply tell me what they think (well maybe they'll but then some will most certainly not be honest xD).

It's all about perceptions anyway. But if I barely knew someone I would avoid posting an opinion except maybe in the form 'x gives me the impression that y'.

Again it's not a game...
Apart from that I actually like it that he's "still working" on it. That means he's taking time to think about what he's posting (that DOESN'T mean that everybody who has sent me stuff already is shallow!!). It's cool we have loads of time for this and the more in deepth the feedback is the better.
Oh and razor some actually write real texts instead of adjectives (not that it's better or worse it's just another way of doing it) so it'll take some time.
