Here's mine, pretty interesting. Generally positive feedback along with the occasional flaws of mine 
Elvin: cool,good at H5,good poster,fun,with style,has good ideas,spammer,sometimes arrogant, Elvin is still one of the most awesome people in HC, I like Elvin, but he's a little bit too [pause to think] prolific at times, This guy posts a lot, he has over 10000 posts already in a very short peroid of time, nice and friendly but he bothers me somewhat, Elvin likes to have the last word, It is always right always, your point of view is good but his is always better, +1 Walrus Point awarded for being Elvin, don't see why people are calling him overrated, as he clearly does a lot for this forum, both as a moderator and as a member, What can I say? He's a sympathetic, Tolerant, Wise and responsible Person, and one of the best Moderators. Also a very good H5 Player. , Reliable, helpful, kind, polite, cool. Very skilled H5 player, not hesitating to share his knowledge with less experienced players. Most helpful member of HC. , How can this guy post so much without a lot of it being spam? It baffles me, but somehow it works. One of our best posters. , Fun dude, easy going, with a healthy attitude towards the forums, involved in lots of stuff without losing his cool. Master of Proper Evil. , Backstabber, lost his restrains lately, getting bad influence from me, all around good guy who has his nasty side ; Nice mod, really helpful with noobs in the TOH games and doesn't shy away from giving (rather good) advice, really active, despite being a student, calm and very relaxed overall
OVERR… cough cough… overused joke. I have few bad things to say about Elvin, I like how he responds to everyone. He was one of those mods that didn’t really feel “scary” when I was a newcomer
Lazy and likable. His apathy makes him a good mod
I'd say accurate though there are a few that are a bit off or only see part of the picture.
About arrogant I can only say there is a time to be humble and a time when not to About wanting to have the last word this is not true, I'm right and you know it  it is merely how I have chosen to deal with certain situations as a moderator. Where I might not have bothered or played along as a person I have to be resolute here to prevent further offtopicness, spam or personal cheap shots as is often the case in toh. I rarely care to prove myself right unless I am fairly certain that someone is telling bs or is missing something important.
Backstabber one must be from Geny, sorry for not being more active in the three-way  I'll make it up to you buddy but still doubtful I'll have time for the glade.
About nasty side we all have one but if you are referring to my occasional bluntness it's just how I am. I tend to speak my mind on certain things but for what that counts my intentions are not bad. I guess I have been hard pressed lately which has made me a bit more irritable than usual, sorry for that.
I'm not actually lazy but when you are swamped with many things there are times when you just want to sit down and relax.
About apathy you miss a key word. Selective 
Thanks for the comments, was an interesting read. Especially since it shows people's differing perceptions - some see me as a person, others see my posting attitude, others a mix. Not easy to tell from a forum, especially since I alternate between duty and fun so that may look like I'm running hot and cold at times.

Mvass: SIRIOUS,has good ideas,fun (sometimes in the VW),good debater (especially with politics),spammer, Growing more mature every day, always has some interesting opinions, Idealistic, calm, polite, well educated. I respect his dedication to learning but he still lacks a bit in maturity. , Too smart to be harmless, too capitalist to be human, I share his views and opinions on a lot of things, but sometimes I get surprised by his selfish views. Overall he seems pretty intellectual. , Can’t really understand anything when he’s in the OSM, really complicated guy. Quite a funny spammer too, seems to be on a mission to turn the VW into /b/ sometimes  , Loves to debate, keeps up with many of the meems coming from /b/, much more mature than when he first came to HC, however this is likely due to his age, He's quite a community oriented member in my opinion... respectable, philosopher, community supporter, visioner, An intelligent poster, who knows what he's talking about. His posts are improving (climbing up from OSM to VW), but I still think he needs to switch off his PC more often. , evolve is the word here, it has been slow and stable but he is maturing, change for the better and more and more like corribus
His posts have grown substantially in quality over the last few years. When he first came here, he was an idiot. Now he's improved to moron. j/k

Quite an interesting fellow. I remember the times when I was still more often in the OSM and then literally “out of the blue” I saw posts of his that stroke me down with their insight and the very good points he was making. And yeah on of the things that make him so cool for me is probably the fact that he comes and goes. Now that you’re active so much you’ve lost a bit of that charm.

Don't know him that well, as he hasn't been around a long time. He seems to have a decent head on his shoulders.
In the beginning I didn’t notice him much, he was an Altar/Temple sort of guy until I found this jewel:
And yeah he’s a very friendly, creative and funny guy. Criticism? Hmm… Maybe he could work on his attitude after having a fit when he’s just been screwed over by a heroes balance error. Oh and I do hope you find your enthusiasm for Heroes again, if not this community would lose on of the greatest stronghold players out there. Ohhh the depth of his strategic play!
About what I expected. I'm an Altar-freak so there was a lot of comments about that, and I've been raging a lot lately so I got some criticism on that.

Yeah Acu I just noticed. I'm sorry seriously I am, please there was no ill-content or anything like that behind it! You sent me two HCMs and I had a list with everybody on it where I crossed out the guys who sent it to me and I must have crossed you out after that. I'm really sorry about that it's a mistake I shouldn't have made (it's the only one, I checked everyone else after this incident).
Yeah it sucked and it's all my fault.
And yeah I'll get to the others and add what you said straight away.
EDIT: Ok they have been added "only" 2 people missed their feedback. I'll assure you it won't happen again.

Good, active, dedicated member, quite young, but it doesn't show a lot, don't talk about his brother! It's good tht he took some initiative for HC, but didn't quite follow through with a lot of his ideas, which is quite sad, since they were good most of the time

Dagoth: We seem to share the same views on many things. Really funny and nice guy, Not sure what to make of him, but he seems ok, I'm neutral on him, Activity on HC seems to be sporadic, but he is around fairly often, cynical, sensitive, Amusing and fun. He always has a bright attitude and shies away from complaining and conflict
A subtle individual with a love for arts and discussion, his sense of humour shows just from self-sarcasm. Gotta love the way he diffused thanatos topics More sensitive than he shows, takes interest in people's characters. He is another of those HC people that give a distinct flavour.
An open mind? IN MY OSM?!, Sarcastic. Has funny posts. , He's a very sensitive guy, with his heart on the right place. He tends to be a little dramatic when disaster strikes, but do not let your heart down, Dagoth! Life has enough Good to offer , He used to be crazy, but now he’s quite sane. A cultured guy – knows a lot about continental philosophy. He can, however, get too melancholy. , Calm and collected, giving him bonus attributes to mild sarcasm/irony. There's more to him then meets the eye. , Happy, emotional, witty, Court Jester, simply perfect, wouldn't change nothing.
Here’s another guy I really like. And at times I feel bad assaulting him on msn treating him like a friend of mine I’ve known for ages. All you need to do is MAN UP HUARRRGH!! And get those emotions up and running (not talking about “emotional-emotions”, I mean MANLY emotions, like rage, envy, pride, etc.) you need a bit more fiiiiiiiiiiiiire. Well actually you don’t but sometimes… sometimes I think you could do with a bit more passion but who am I kidding you’re great^^.

He's a good addition to HC, but what Dc NEEDS to do, is to grow some thick skin. Criticism and badly-phrases jokes are not a reason for even contemplating to Quit HC. Started off as a fun individual to reach an emo state, relax man it's all good. Just don't take things the wrong way, criticism doesn't necessarily mean dislike of you as a person but of something you do. And you can do better. ,
Stop taking thyings so harshly man, seriously, I liked you and you were very respectable, but then you became so aggravated, just relax, taking things too personal over the internet, it's not that he's not allowed to take personal things to HC, but he should be able to take the consequences with it. ,
Do I dare say anything here…? He might leave… or shoot himself… or he might send his twin sister to discipline us with her whip… Anyway, this guy is waaaay too emotional and takes Hc way too seriously. When he’s not in emo-mode, he’s a nice guy with great faction ideas. His games seem pretty damn popular too.
I cannot help but say that this guy is either pulling our collective leg or is off his rocker. Guy or girl? (Probably the former.) Hates HC or loves HC? (It varies.) He did create a pretty nice game, though. He needs to stabilize himself. , Nice person and Emo King of the board. He is quite bright and positive member, unless he go drama.
Thank you for this feedback people, now I see what we should practice at summer - thick skin!

I hope the strife and controversy of the past will not affect the quantity of her excellent posting, but it’s hard to notice that she is not as active as she once was. A pity – she’s one of my favorite members. She still won’t post pics, though. If I had to say one negative thing about her – though I wouldn’t want to – it would be that she takes things too personally. , not overrated anymore, good thing you slowed down a little but don't stop all together keep going.
Good Points: Intelligent, Knowing, Has a great potential, likes cats. Bad points: Bossy, tends to whine and flame. COnclusion: Good poster, but needs to chill out more often. (And stay out of OSM, like everyone else).
Asheera is a very mechanical-oriented poster that seems to see the world as a series of rules to follow. She is sensitive, mature, and likable, particularly to the noobs.
Pretty much like her tiger zodiac would indicate Friendly girl, a bit emotional and vulnerable at times. Tends to take things seriously.
She's one of the better members here, though a bit overrated and hurt quite easily, she should try to be not so serious a lot of the time and just relax and enjoy the social site. She takes a few things in this as if it is WORK and I feel that that's not quite what HC is about. She is really dedicated though and a very positive addition, despite her recent absence. Despite the hard working, she's really kind, unlike some of the TOH-scum.
I’m convinced she’s a girl and I totally love her . But please don’t take people get to you so quick.
That "female version of Elvin" made my day

Probably the most thoughtfull poster in HC. His constructs his posts in a way, that simply annihilates all arguements against it.
By far the most eloquent and intelligent member of HC. When one is feeling embattled or unsure about something, one need only read his posts, and order restores itself. The guy should write some kind of book, become a public figure, or something – his talents should be put to better use than some little-known chemistry-related job somewhere. Though it wouldn’t surprise if he’s really good at that, too. Plus, lately he’s started making funny posts in addition to his excellent serious ones – and, as one would expect, they are quite amusing.
clear, level-headed poster who usually stays within the area of his own expertise, with the occasional interruption of a joke or an enjoyable thread.

A nice person. Though, reading his posts is a little like eating cotton candy: it tastes good enough, but then you realize that all you've actually eaten is air and sugar.
Entertaining and likable. You care about what he has to say because he almost always has an honest, passionate, and insightful opinion.
Over-energetic, smartypants and fiercely defending his qps, not much has changed He could loosen up a little and stop putting his nose in every thread but I guess it can't be helped. Better keep things serious in osm though.
Sense of humour... He has one, but it's a bit off from mine, good memory, but he repeats more than he adds, his hc survivor is a good example ofthat, since it's pretty much quoting the stereotypical members of HC and their catchphrases, which isn't really bad, but can be annoying and of little content, inactive quite recently, hoping he'll be back in full spirits this summer.
I’d refer everyone to the 09 april fools joke thread if they want to know what he’s really like but apart from that I don’t have much to say since we’ve already talked, haven’t we Lexx^^? Actually I’d like to not-like him but every time I see him in 50182389 threads at once “contributing” (described in the “cotton candy”) to everything I remember… But since enough people like him he can’t be as bad as I think he is! I’m convinced that I must search simply harder! Oh and do something with HC survivor considering the good feedback you got on that.

Adrius: with style,first normal-swede guy,has good ideas, rages too much, easy to scare, hot head, Friendly, polite guy, subtle presence; Half man - half RAAAGE ; Has a great deal of self-irony. He's also open for what others thinks, and he doesn't have ot have it his way like a lot of other members do. , The only normal Swede Well, normal to my standards anyway His character is quite similar to my own actually... I guess that's all in the star signs , A creative and original Altar poster. Has elaborate and interesting town ideas. , Agreeable poster, who doesn´t take things too serious. , He's what I call a true HCer, not a spammer but a real poster keep up the good work; Awesome guy with a wide variety of interests. Nothing to add, other than a general positive attitude. ; You’re awesome. Oh and ehm… something with more depth perhaps… you’re funny aaaaaaand well sorry I just like you^^. Don’t know much about you but I like you.
A friendly poster that always contributes to the forum with his creative insight and honest opinion. He seems to underestimate his own value as a person, and undeservedly doubts his own intelligence.

Haha, yeah I'm very easy to scare, probably my brother's fault... he's the reason I always sidestep around corners haha
I do tend to tread softly around people which might give the impression that I underestimate myself, though I don't really feel like I do.
