Assuming things are similar to the earlier round...
Once we have a few members that are willing to participate, we will all send a little feedback about each participant to Azzie.
He will then compile each participant's feedback into one text, which will then be sent to that person.
After receiving your feedback, you can post it here if you want, or keep it to yourself. The thing about this is getting feedback on your posting, becoming aware of your flaws and awesomeness.
Azzie is also interested in adding some little twist to this round to spice things up, but it hasn't been decided yet.

Like !@%# you will! I want the fruits of their intellectual labour not something you may come up with no matter how much you rock!
And yeah I've noticed so too but some regulars may simply not be that interested. Lets see whether we can get 15~20 people on board we should be able to manage. I may just go on an advertising campaign myself since this whole thing becomes better the more people are in not to mention the perspective of the older members should bring another perspective into things.

Are you saying my english in the Masterpost isn't simple? I'm quite flattered .
Okay to break this down:
We have a list of participants. Everyone that participates will then send me their oppinions and thoughts on all the other people on the list. This way I will gather the thoughts and oppinions of everyone on everyoneelse. I will then send this feedback to the corresponding person so that she/he gets a picture of the communities evaluation of her/him.
Simple enough?

Xerox...how this works has been explained twice already on this page alone and I've made references to where I've explained it once before. Don't be surprised if people won't wear silk gloves when it comes to giving feedback on you...

Mamga I'll exspect every participant to send me some feedback on everyone else there is on the list (as far as you're able to obviously if you don't know the person you can't say anything obviously).
There are however a few members I would be willing to make an exception for if they're extremely busy with other things. If you for some reason are the most venerable Cepheus I'd obviously not insist on your sending me feedback (no matter how delightfully insightful it may prove) since I know he's quite the busy person. If people have legitimate reasons to be excused despite their best efforts I'll excuse them.
