Thanks Darkshadow, but I was mostly looking for names for the heroes for my new castles, Temple and Oasis. And what the heroes would look like on the adventure map. Dungeon would also need to look differently since the hero looks closer to a fortress hero, riding a lizard thing.

Wow Argus is going in there, I was actually thinking about that but then forgot by the time I sat at my computer. Im gonna add other creatures too that could be neutral or maybe alternate creatures for the castles.

The ideas are good, but I think Heroes 6 needs more spice to make it different than Heroes 3.

Thanks! Yeah I know heroes 6 needs more spice, this are just what I want the castles and creatures to be. I don't really think that alternate upgrades are necessary, well the there ok, idk. I was thinking it might be neat to have maybe an alternate creature for the highest level, like in heroes 4. Other than that I love the racial abilites in 5 and the spell system could be a bit improved, like I said I think Alciblades is really nice. I haven't thought of any other unique things for heroes 6 to have that other heroes haven't done.

i would like see life in castles,like in castle in-screen,they would be people walking,talking each other and you could send your hero to talk to them or collect taxes

Maybe a little more H3 style?No alternatives from towns, but from the dwellings, like diamond and gold golems did.

Warlore: yes, yes ,yes YES!! That would be the coolest thing. Although the graphics engine required would be pretty high I would think, that would be awesome.
Darkshadow: Again yes! I deffinately agree. I wanna see as many neutral creatures as possible. All those different golems included and those lvl 10 dragons(Azure, Rust..). I liked having creatures much better than any thing you can get from a castle. Anything that can be made a creature from a mythology should be implemented. That being said, I don't mean every creature could be broken up into 7 creatures by giving them different weapons and different names, ie.. Fortress from H5 .

Wow, so I just discovered that the heroes 3.5 forums have mods an expansions that are downloadable and add a ton of content. But they are going in the direction I want to see heroes 6 go in. Anyone who hasn't seen it should go. I just looked at these forums because I want to see the future of heroes and I thought that the early ones were just the past but I guess I was wrong.
There are some great new castles being designed. I personally love the idea of grove since it's like the dark side of sylvan. That bad part of the woods so to speak. I might add that to my collection if I can find the creatures since many some of the creatures in the grove I have already used. I can't wait to see what Cove, Kronwerk and Cathedral are.
Also, the commanders from WoG are really cool. I thought the heroes 4 heroes were kinda cool. Wasn't sure if I liked them being almost like creatures but commanders are the perfect way to incorporate having a hero/creature that gains experience, but that can't move an army around. I think you should have to buy them and you can only buy like one per month since they can become very valuable. There are also many more abilities that could be cool. One, for instance, combining creatures. Like how you can combine the grand elf and centaur captain to make sylvan centaur. I think thats pretty neat.
Anyway, people should really look at that stuff if they haven't. I may try to use the concepts from some of the castles they have and change it too fit my heroes 6 design.

My dream about H6:
- Fighting heroes
- Not linear develop for heroes (depends on maps and random objects)
- Many heroes in one army
- Creatures move, caravans, possibility to choose creatures what you like in your castle, upgrade - one level only in special huts
-Simultaneus turn for many players, maps for 6-10 players online
- Easy connect with many people online
Generally: like in H4 with many many new things, but without stupid manga grafics. (And no idea's for kids)

Hmmm.... Well I guess ur a big heroes 4 fan lol.
- I feel like controlling creatures on the map kinda loses part of what a hero is. I thought it was interesting in H4 but I think they should stick with what they had.
- Many heroes in an army kinda doesn't make that much sense to me. Couldn't that be a bit OP? I don't know what people could do with this, but I don't think it would work very well and the game play would be much much different. I like my idea with the commanders because their almost like the heroes in heroes 4. I even think you should only be able to hire them once a month because they'd be to OP otherwise. And I forgot to mention I think they should take up a creature's spot
- I think the caravans in H5 are perfect.
- And yes if they would be able to make internet play smooth it would be nice to see more players in one game. For the most part when I play I play 8 player games, but especially with the amount of castles I have that would be very helpful, since I like to see one of each castle in a map.

It seems u r big fan H5 LOL
Unfortunetaly I found many, even more than about H4, bad opinions about H5 (and I agree with them)...
First and most important thing is that H5 is very borring. For me also intensify that fact when u pick a hero u know (from skillwheel) what way to choose in development. On H4 u can develop every hero in random way, u can make general from archer, or ranger or even ninja if u found interesting boost up. I think that way should be continued.

My Wish for Heroes 6
Major Factions (Campaign)
Heaven
Characteristic: (Good)
Centered around blessing and battle tactics*
*initiate something like infantry porcupine formation, turtle formation etc. before each move to unlock primary stat and morale bonuses
Generally very well organized faction
Inferno
Characteristic: (Evil)
Units with high health, heavily armoured and pack a giant punch
Specialise in 'tactical blitzkrieg', (heavy barrage and initiative bonuses) and gating
Minor Factions (Campaign)
Undead:
Characteristic: (Cultural)
Adopt the egyptian theme and death worshipping
Leeching/Draining, resurrection and curses
Induce enemy luck/morale decreases to compensate for inferior unit prototypes.
Academia:
Characteristic: (Technological)
Loosely knit academic civilization, with some random indian/arabic toothfaries
gremlin technology (crude walkers, clockwork artillery and flying machines) and mastery of astonomy and spells
Or even a combination of both. Wouldn't that be funny?
Sylvan:
Characteristic: (Natural)
Adopt an amazonian theme
Specalise in guerilla warfare (stealth and initiative), skilled with all sorts of traps, (hahaha... 'nuff said) and elemental summoning
Very skilled ith nature manipulation (lightning, hurricane etc.)
Dwarf:
Characteristics: (Shortal) LAWL!!!!
Average units with several upgradable attribute armour for different bonuses
For example Base unit customize possibilities: Tanky Build, Agile Build or Balanced Build
The rune system and even alchemistry (anyone?)
Specialise in rune and armour crafting
Barbarian:
Characteristic: (Primative)
Adopt a desert/mongolian theme, No usable spells, with horde bonuses and bloodlust.
Specialise in spellbreaking and beast taming (Oh yeah!)
Able to tame wild animals to give unit special bonuses. Beasts include: Dust Devils, Dune Wyrm, Giant Hairy Scorpions, Big Wolves, Crocodile with volatile eyeballs etc.
Harpies:
Characteristic: (Liberal)
Instead of the lame Dark Elves, we have the graceful (and sexy XD) bird matriarchs of the skies equipped with pointy everything. The general theme is the same, fast attack to kill as much as possible. General theme is not really different from the Demons, but a lot quicker and have a lot less stamina left after the initial thrust. The general gist for this town is freedom. Roc/Thunderbird people can make a comeback here too!
Hive:
Characteristic: (Venemous)
It'd be lying if you claim you don't snow your pants if chased by angry 'shedder swarms'! Hive have no usable sells, Speciality is a wide variety of exotic venoms and poisons ranging from the ugly black sludge to a pretty vial containing the rare arachnid bio-toxin sludge. Creature models is similar to that of Tyranid, and their fighting style is basically martial arts with even more poison. (Mantis style anyone?)
The player starts with a hero called Chuck Norris and play as first person. Let the show begin!
Ok, I'm bored. I needed something to burn time.
I was gonna do a unique spellbook for each faction but it takes too much effort.
Although I'm not serious about any of this, I hope I've provided those people who are serious with some good ideas. Ta!
PS: If you look beyond my horrid spelling, you'll realise 've almost covered every single contenent in some way.

Haha, jk. Your ideas are interesting and I would like to see more. I didn't include the castle abilities in my post anyway.
Also, I will if anyone is interested I will add my cathedral castle. It will have a dark medieval humans theme. My friend loves that idea from the castle being added to WOG so I will add it when I have time.
Although from polls, I can see that people are boring and And want 8 castles with a total of 8 creatures in the game. I am willing to push on for the greater of man-kind and hope that people come to their senses.

bump. I wanted to add adrius's void castle.. but it said that I needed to ask a moderator since its a year old.. plus I wanted to bump it since it's been a while and there seems to be a chance that Heroes 6 will actually come out eventually.
