Ok, now I really like the miss system and was thinking about something similar (but less random based) 
It's very interesting (even though I don't like the idea of Dark Elves being "neutral" or Black Elves?.. where are the Sun Elves  ) that's just IMO

You love that word, don't you (subjective)?
How can this be possibly objective? Count the number of words written?
Oh and in case you think I would have given you a low score because of that, frankly I am not that personal and I judge people fairly -- in fact, I would have made you no.1 (except maybe sith but his entry is not ready yet so I can't know). Maybe you take your favorites to influence you too much, but don't make assumptions about the others, I know how to view different people's ideas.

Warning: after a while, you might find very strange names... I decided to use dutch wordplay as a way of finding names, since I’m getting fed up with finding names who are to my liking and are original.
The commoner area:
Buildings:
The Sober song (tavern) (love alliteration)
The Barracks
The fletcher’s Fit (bow and arrow crafter)
Arena
The market square
The Chapel Of Yngwa
The Chapel Of Dorm
A Bard’s Tale (tavern) (I have the distinct feeling that I stole this name)
Yarn n’ wool
Clog’s Clobbers
Hardy Hammer
The Hiding tanner
The Tanning Hide (yeah...)
Warehouse
Clob’s clogs (Don’t eat me...)
The broken platter (old-fashioned restaurant)
Witch’s weight (magic craft)
The Bashing buckler
Soyushu
(I feel like something is missing, so I might add, later on)
Characters:
Elya: sometimes called “The raven”, Elya is the most feared and respected character that wanders around in the commoner area. She leads an elite team, consisting of elves and men with her, called Ravens. She only has to answer to kaï, her mentor.
Clob: shoemaker, one wonders why the hell he named his business after the crude Clog.
Clog: ex-mercenary, Clog has become a personal trainer and maker of arms. He especially makes blunt weapons. He is very rowdy and speaks the terrible Norse dialect.
Wynca: she owns the Witch’s weight. Noone understands where Elya mustered the sense of humor, in order to allow this shop. Wynca sells small magic items, like wands and scrolls. If you’re very nice to the lady, she will probably offer to teach you some spells too.
Bronco: A tough guy that runs the Hardy Hammer. He is usually contracted to supply the army with swords and armor. He’s very cranky and a bit of a shut-in.
Brother Carlos: brother carlos is a pious priest, working at the chapel of Dorm. Dorm and Yngwa are the two neutral gods (two sides of a balance) and Dorm is of a chaos entity. Brother carlos is just as neutral and believes that all balance leans towards evil and he can only relieve suffering (compare this with the school of stoics in Ancient greece)
Sister Desal: The somewhat naïve priestess at the chapel of Yngwa. Sister desal perfectly reflects the demeanour of her goddess. Yngwa is a neutral goddess, leaning towards the positive side, believing all to be good and that the occasional wrongdoing is something what a life of service is about to erase.
Niettemin: Niettemin is the scribe and aid of the clergy in the commoner area. But Desal can count more on Niettemin than Brother Carlos.
Piter: Piter runs the Broken Platter, the cosy and traditional restaurant in the commoners area.
Hummy: Hummy is the administrator over at the warehouse. Hummy is very grumpy and usually ridiculed by all(I mean: his parents must’ve hated their son).
Zool: The local tailor who works in yarn ‘n wool. Zool has a bit of a bad taste in clothes, but they offer good protection against the cold and are better than the ones available in the lower district.
Bud: He runs the bashing buckler. Bud’s an easy-going type of character and sells easy-going weapons and armor.
Kul-Thzir(anyone know him?): Kul-Thzir is a half-orc warrior. He is tough, mean, arrogant, self-centered and some other macho-words I can’t think of. Kul-Thzir is a mercenary. He can usually be hired as a body guard(hint to all weak players) He has ambitions of becoming an arena champion, but he needs a partner to join in to play for the big money.
Soyushu: He runs the place named after him. He thinks he is pretty big. He has high ideals and prints them on his newspaper from which his establishment is the main distribution centyer.
Skid: works at the hiding tanner. He sells good, sturdy clothes at reasonable prices.
Dirk: Works at the tanning hide. Dirk is a relaxed guy. He takes orders and makes hard-boiled leather outfits. He can even reinforce them with steel bars. His laidback attitude is reflected in the stupid, stolen name of his establishment.
Harry: He owns the bard’s tale. He is a poet, able to play the lute and knows something about brewing some licquor. Harry has a pretty nifty tavern.
Richard: he owns the Sober Song and is sometimes pretty depressing. The place is still visited by many, since the mood is always light, thanks to the cheap booze.
Garrett: He is the local bowyer/fletcher. Garrett is very sharp (interpret it both ways). Since he barely faces competition in this town, he is making a lot of money.
Later, I will create some people who stand over at the marketplace
Hints: if you enter a tavern, don’t sit over near the dark figure in the corner. He is either a) strider (not bloody likely) or b) some nasty assassin paid to kill you or c) some other underground/ underworld character.
Don’t be afraid to take initiative. It’s the main reason why I post these locations. I’ll DM NPC’s and the beginning of a situation, true, but the story revolves around your characters.

two questions:
a) should we divide the rpg's betweenh those fitting for the glade and those that are truly games?
and
b) Is it OK, whether some would be launched in the Glade, already. (I'm not tarGeting anyone in particuLar)
