Probably not but you can use the youtube commands to create similar effect.

Some time ago I tried to embed a film from youtube in a post but neither the instructions here nor in the BB Code Guide worked. It seems like perhaps youtube has been changed too much in these years. Does anyone here know how to do it?

None of the embing instructions on youtube ever work for me.

I always just search swf on HC to find the correct code and then copy paste the v= code from my video.

I had a reason to embed a video again and managed to do it with this formula:

[swf width=640 height=360] Place the v-version of the link here. End with "/swf" in these square brackets []

Thanks for your hints about changing the link to a v version:
