Zilo (Heaven, Klaus) wins Sinchduck (Necro, Lucrecia)
Zilo (Dungeon, Kythra) wins Sinchduck (Heaven, Dougal)

Huh, finally got a bit lucky in this tourney - if not for antimagic, first game was opponents win for 100%.

Tnx for games!

I think Vangelis21 left the tounarment, and it's the same with Fiur after the first game versus me (Zenithale Inferno/Nebiros wins Fiur Necro/Zoltan), he prefers play to standard games...

As for difficulties to find opponents - got similar messeges from Fiur and Mytical, too.

Yet, as the more games get played, the more fun it is for the tourney in the whole, official policy of the tourney works this way:

1.If you are 100% sure that you will not play any more games for the tourney, post it publicly here, in forums (the way samiekl did). I'm putting technical victories in the table right away.

2.If you feel that you won't play any more games, then, of course, nobody can force you to do so and finish the tourney. Yet the chance to play all or at least some of the games is open until the dead-line or until you post it publicly here. (as it is with Fiur and Mytical)

3.If there are ppl that are seriously willing to participate in the tourney, but you just can't get in touch with them in any other way, then just make a post in this thread. If there will be no response from other party, all such claims will give you technical victory after the dead-line of the tourney.

1. Oh, shoot... Fiur always finishes what he started - that's why we have those coveted maps Mate, maybe you will change mind and score a nice bunch of scalps for your belt?

2. I never see online my beloved pen friend sq. It's almost like he avoids me

I can't even get in touch with Mythical ... I tried sending email/adding her on Msn, and it seems unrechable destination.

My oppinion is that, we shouldn't have many forfeited match-ups(0 points for both) , because that invalidates the final result of the tourney, as some players will have extra points from the match-ups they played.

Also, I think that if a player drops from the tourney, everybody should get 2 point, even the ones which have 0 or 1 points in the match-ups against him.

Ex: Let's say Mythical drops, Typhys(and all the others) should get 2 points ... cause other-wise he would be disavantaged because of actually playing and that is not okei.

Drawing parallels with heroesleague.ru arena tournaments, I believe that is excactly the case - if somebody withdraws then it's 2-0 for everyone regardless of the result if the games have been completed. Mind that this is the case only for "officially" withdrawn contestants and doesn't refer to just unfinished games.

I'm confident that Zilo won't allow any dubious result interpretation if someone's activity might be suspected in exploiting the rules.

Well I guess it's Fiur, Vangelis and Mythical's move now... They should come forward and tell us what they plan to do, and maybe even schedule some games if we can.

I keep msn online almost all my conscious time. So far you have slipped undetected under my radar for the whole tournament. I can imagine only 2 explanations - either your writing has been mixed with multitude of worshiping messages from hot chicks (I redirect them to spam folder as I can serve only 5-7 daily max) OR you have been too shy to ask "daddy, plz, lets spank each other" Which is it?

Anyway, waiting on you indicent proposal in the nearest days

This is tough issue to deal with. Main problem is - when somebody is "officially" withdrawing and when there is just a bunch of unplayed games?

As for arena tourneys in hereosleague.ru - nah, their approach is opposite: played games are "set in stone" and if somebody is droping from tourney, he gets technical 0-2 loses for all remaining games.
(e.g., see the table of this tourney on Heroes League)

As for our tourney - I addressed this issue earlier on (based exactly on heroesleague.ru experience):
Quote:
As Samiekl is away, everyone, who did not play with him yet, gets technical victory 2-0 (in table it shows as "+").
All games played with Samiekl remain as played (although in this case it does not matter much, as he had only two 0-2 loses).

Same system will be applied, if somebody else will drop away from tourney (which, I hope, will not be the case).

Which means that we have rules for this and changing rules during the tourney is not permissible (although I agree with points made by Hero Radoo and Strider, so in next tourneys the system for "dropping out" should be different).

2 Valky: yah, its a bit late to do it, as the dead-line of the tourney is already at hand, so you gotta wait for next tourney (if there will be one )

That is nonsense ... those rules were perfectly okei for that situation, but only for that. Common sense says that if a player is leaving a tournament like this, he should be removed completely or award the same points to everybody who has played/or has not played him.

Awarding win to the non-playing and thus giving them extra points compared to the ones who have lost or drawn against him is beyond the limits of human resoning and I think everyone in the tourney agrees that it should changed right now
