I get it, The necrons are an uber advanced race of machines that are in hibernation, but they've been coming out of it recently. And jigly puff is able to put everyone to sleep with its voice and he/she gets angry that no one is awake to hear him/her sing so she draws silly faces on everyone.

So like, one time my parents gave me and my brother a booster pack each.
I opened mine and got Snorlax, pretty awesome I thought.
Then my brother revealed his awesome Charizard with fricking holographic art and over 9000 attack points.
Tears were shed.
