Near death experiences
OK I made this thread cause this night I had the nightmare about one near death experience I had. i just feel the need to talk abut it. OK so here goes.
It all started on my 10th birthday (3 years ago wich is a long time for a kid) when me and my best friend and the girlfriend I had then was walking home to my house from school. I was going to have a party. And about 2 kilometers from school a guy in sixth grade and his friends came (I was in fourth grade and you know how big the 2 year older guys look in that age) anyway he and his friends stopped by us when we where walking. and suddenly he just grabbed me and started to strangle me. And no he wasn't just "kidding" I saw in his eyes that he would do it. And if my friends hadn't been there I probably would have died that day (on my 10th birthday woho ) Anyway my friends tried to get him off me. Finnaly they succeded. And I ran away. I just ran home the fastest I could. After that I changed school and has never seen him since.
But you know the thing that is the worst? That I remember it like it happened just 5 minutes ago. So now let's hear your near death experiences (If you want to talk about them)

I've fallen down a cliff before. That's about as close as I've come. Of course, given the sheer stupidity of why I was going down the cliff side in the first place, it may have won a Darwin award.

I've had a couple. In one I was holding a walled section from our homemade childhood fortress about two meters off the ground that suddenly came off and I fell. Only to land on my behind on a plank I had added the other day for the first floor to communicate with the 'tower'. I was falling backwards and if not for the plank I'd hit my head on hard ground or some pointy object down there.
The other involves a break failure, our car unable to stop and a crashing end when my father decided to hit a tree before we enter the next intersection. On the way we took a 90 degrees turn with zero visibility(thankfully there were no other cars or pedestrians), hit two garbage bins and swerved a few times without our speed decreasing in the slightest for a kilometer or two. As you can guess the road was going all the way down so there was no stopping it unless you hit something. The only injury was my mother getting a scratch from the tree's branches while getting out of the car  Btw we hit a smaller tree just before the last one that was instantly uprooted Big volvo car.

Yep, fun family times. Strangely I didn't even consider the possibility of us getting hurt but my sis and mom were a bit freaked out.

Break failure huh? That sucks. That's worse than having an accelerator get stuck. That is quite scary.

I also had a car accident when 12 years ago. I was very little, but I still remeber quite clearly. Luckly, nobody of us had an injury, but the car was totally destroyed.

When I was a kid I put my hand in the wall electricity plug. I don't know if it was a near death experience, but it shocked the hell out of me

Since I live in the same city as he does it's possible I had some near death experiences...
But anyway, I once fell down a dam riding my bike, not knowing how to swim.
And I can't swim now as well.

I have another one.
when I was three I was chased by a dog. A small dog but I was also small so it was quite scary. anyway the dog ran against me. And if my mum hadn't stepped on the leach (the thing attached to it's neck) i would have been abit damaged (probably had some scares) But I thougt this was very scary since I was three. It might not have been a near death experience but I have been afraid of dogs ever since.

Romanian blocks of flats have a weird architecture. Between floors, there is a stair with more than 30 or so steps. I once felt from the top to bottom on my back. Couldn't move for a week, I thought i was paralyzed. Thank the sky God loves drunk people.

I almost got hit by a car a while ago. Acctualy it was completly my fault and it was I who hitted the car (very, very weak) with my bike, but if it had been some seconds earlier I could have got some damage
Also another time on the same road a I almost got hitted by a truck - yes, im crazy - im 100% sure that I will die before by an traffic accidient before I become 15 years old (which is two years from now, im 13).

One day I was walking down the sidewalk and a car drove past and I was like, "Whoa. If I weren't walking at a safe distance and instead I were walking on the middle of the road, I could have got seriously injured."
