I have a lot of respect for you work Fauch but I personally believe that this isn't one of your best creatures.
The skin looks reaaaally weired and rather plain atleast in my opinion. The fact that one arm still looks the same makes it somewhat not fit the body.But I like the special . Don't get me wrong this is not about dissing you but from what I see now it's not that great.
EDIT: Perhaps some more screenies?

it was supposed to be grey, but I thought it would look a bit like the stone dragon, so I made him red.

Nice idea but.... it doesnt look like made of stone it's plain demons skin IMO. Fauch look at yours Guardian Idol it is made of stone and you can see that and here it just some red goo or something.

no, it isn't the gargoyle texture (didn't think of that btw)
it's a texture from the gimp that I modified.

Why not making it all brown? The red body and demonic arm do not match and is really wierd.

bad news : the texture gets stretched when applied on the demon. it's why it looks weird
I improved it a bit :
it is the texture btw :
it's the same than for the 1st version of the demon, except the arms are now made of stone too.

Acknowledge that the Morrock's stone creatures are much better made.
Moreover, Balrog (released just since 3 weeks) is also much better made.

It's true.
But perhaps it's better a recolored texture -somes are really nice- instead of a new doubtful texture.
I look the dds and it seems to be rusted iron.
moreover, to do camera for creatures is extremly easy.
I made them of mines in 5 seconds.

Here are my suggestions:
-Somehow makes some emphasis around the eyes. It looks like they're barely there if they're there at all.
-The arm plates don't mesh with the texture of the skin, so maybe you could recolor them to a light tan-ish or another coordinating color.
-The hooves could be blackened or something to make them look more prominent.
-Maybe some tattooing could make the face look better, like contour lines and darkening some spots.
But, I personally like the texture; it looks like a dark terra-cotta. I like it.
