That looks much better as ice...
But- is there a possibility to get rid of thos clody-droplike effects around the water snad and adding him for example the spikes from Magma Dragon?
Recoloured in the blue-whit it would like as an True Ice Elementa IMHO

then first,

to test it requires a game match...or..a special map test for.

in your master thread, we cannot see elemental original stats...so
to compare is harder.

looking only at the stats, they look all overpowered to me (at least compared to official elementals)

the earth elementals upgrades are too fast for such a tough creatures

searing aura + avenging flames seems very strong (avenging flames deals 70 damages per creatures (3 in my upgrade mod))

the air elemental upgrades aren't only fast, but they seem tough with incorporeal.

water elemental upgrades seem tough too.

the energy elemental seems as strong as a level 5 shooter

yeah, we have 4 upgrades for the earth and fire elementals and 6 for the water and air elementals

Ok here's some feedback on the stats:

Earth Elementals: I understand this is the offensive upgrade of the Earth Elemental. As Earth Elemental has A/D 8/11, I would give this one at least 11/11 instead of 10/10. Initiative 9 (from 5!) is a massive boost! I'd give original Earth Elemental Initiative 6 (change it), Onyx Elemental Initiative 7 and Magma Elemental Initiative 8. Onyx as the defensive upgrade should have higher Defence (A/D 8/14) and be slower (speed 5). HP could be a bit higher to compensate for the lower Initiative (85 vs. 100 would be my picks). And I'd probably swap their damage ranges to give the offensive version the highest damage potential. Btw. did you consider giving the Onyx Elemental the  Enchanted Armor ability?

Fire Elementals: Here I see the Energy Elemental being the offensive upgrade (Lightning Breath) while Plasma is defensive (Fire Shield, Siering Aura). I would like to see this reflected more in the stats. Again you have a massive jump in Initiative for the offensive version, while both versions have decreased max damage? The original Fire Elemental is a creature of extremes (very high attack and damage, very low defence) and I think the stats of the upgrades should more or less stick to this pattern. Here's a tweaked suggestion:

Water Elementals: Here I would identify the Mist Elemental as the defensive choice (Incorporeal) but I see you have given that version the more offensive stats? Well I guess that makes sense with the reduced spell capacity, but then I would not give it as much mana as you do. The Ice Elemental, as the more passive caster, I would give more even stats and then I'd set mana to 21 which allows for casting: Deep Freeze + Frost Ring, Frost Ring + Frost Ring, Deep Freeze + Ice Bolt, Frost Ring + Ice Bolt + Ice Bolt or Ice Bolt + Ice Bolt + Ice Bolt.

Damage          8-12       8-12       12-16
Initative       10         10         10

Air Elementals: I think your stats here are pretty good, except you give the Gas Elemental to high Damage compared to Earth Elemental. Notice that the tripple Lightning Bolt will be pretty devastating on an Initiative 17 creature. I'd probably set mana to 10 only. I'd give Gas Elemental Earth Immunity also.
