No, it happens only once. The non-upgraded 'summoned' units do not trigger the ultimate again. Only if after these non-upgraded creatures die as well and you res the original stack with Raise Dead, only then will the ultimate trigger again, but it will be a lot worse, only 50% of the raised units will be 'summoned' as un-upgraded after the stack dies again. And the un-upgraded, as I said, do *not* trigger the ultimate again.

When you enter a battle you get to see the placement of your enemy's troops (even other players).

Requires Intelligence, Attack, Battle Frenzy
All units you control gain a +0.5 morale and +1 attack bonus for each allied stack that is killed in battle.
(I go by what the Haven were in the campaign, religious zealots. I find this fits them and wouldn't really break the game... if you nerf the Haven units slightly... which they already need regardless)

Nice name and fitting prereqs, and it seems decent enough; treants are probably in need of an incentive to make them more popular since they're the slow lumbering unit in sylvan.

Probably a simple oversight, but you forgot to mention which faction this unique perk was for. I always felt some sort of special scouting power to let you do this would be a nice touch to the game. Maybe not too important for monster matches, but it can be critical in with two big armies lining up, so I would have given it steeper prereqs.

Requires Catapult -> Brimstone Rain
Infernal Annihilation
The Catapult will now always be present on the battlefield. Outside of sieges, the Catapult will now be used to damage creatures with a 2x2 (tiles) area of effect attack. In addition, the Earthquake spell will now also deal minor damage to all enemy creatures aswell as reducing their iniative by 1. Doesn't stack.
I thought Tremors was a bit weak so this will be the new ultimate. The damage isn't huge but I don't know the damage formulas.

((Doh, was supposed to be for Academy. The reason it had the prereq it did was because Arcane Insight is not always the most useful perk))

Prereq - Ballista, Hellfire, Archery
Activated ability (only once per battle)- Ballista fires at every enemy stack on the field at once for 125% normal damage. However, Ballista initiative is 5 for the remainder of the combat. Hero can automatically go again after using this ability.

Name: Zombies last attack (but something like "Zombies only use" will sound better )
Requires: First Aid --->>> Plague Tent
Disc: Gives your catapult the ability to throw body/bodies of dead zombies over the town gates during siege. This action consume your catapults shot and it won't damage the city walls, gates or towers. This speacial shot will cast disease spell on enemies unit stacks. Damage and area of effect depends on amount corpses thrown by the catapult.

The ammo Cart in the hero's army is upgraded into a supply wagon, Which gives a +3 bonus to attack for all allied stacks instead of just ranged stacks and increases the hero's movement speed over land by 10%
