Supernatural
Do you believe in Ghosts, Magic, and stuff like that? By magic, I also mean vodoo and the like.
I myself don't know for sure if those exist, but I wouldn't dismiss their possibility instantly just because they defy 'common sense'. If someone were to sound serious about this then I would definitely listen what (s)he has to say. Although before I will experience it myself I won't be completely sure if supernatural stuff exists, I would still listen to what others have to say about this and try to understand, not just say "you're nuts" because it sounds 'silly' by the standards.
What about you?

If people say they don't believe in ghosts because they haven't seen them, then mvassilev does not exist, to me of course (relativity ).

There is a lot about life that we do not understand. I personally believe there is something more complicated than just 'staying here', so I don't really believe in ghosts. Magic... Maybe what seems supernatural now can be explained later on, as Azriel once said (Anne Rice character, who... Did magic...)
All in all, I'm quite sceptic about all of this...

@Shares: I quite agree it would be a lot more interesting if those things really exist...

On my father's side, they've often claimed to feel things when around different houses and stuff...
Fortunately, I seem to have my mother's complete lack of supernatural skill... thank god!
Personally, I think ghosts exists but not in the "ghost" way.
I think strong feelings for a place, person or something else can be left behind, as I think thoughts are a kind of energy too.
Some people are more sensitive to this energy, and can feel it.
As for afterlife, it's nice to think of a reincarnation and stuff, but I don't really believe in it... more like: sudden darkness.

"thank" god? "thank"?

Catch is... if I ponder too much on this I'll go crazy...
What would happen if we knew what was waiting after death?
Darkness? I guess people would start going on trips and doing as much stuff as they can...
Heaven? Maybe... mass-suicide
Reincarnation? Probably a lot of suicides...
Hell? Umm... people would probably turn religious...

I need hardly say that I don't think that anything supernatural exists. Although I don't particularly feel like getting into a debate about it at the moment.

Hmm...this is a very sensitive subject to some, including me. For as my beliefs are relative only to my own thoughts, I cannot fully express my opinions without infringing on those of others. I suppose the short answer to this question is: definitely.
For, one must fully determine what is involved with the word supernatural. Or, more to the point, what is natural if existence is birthed by spontaneity? Supernaturality runs through orthodoxed realities, so there can be no "correct" or "logical" part of it in life. I believe that there are forms of existence that the human race have not fully recognized. For, as society has evolved, so to has its detachment from the magical or supernatural. Ergo, the existence of beings that, by human constraints, are dubbed as "implausible" has become a taboo subject in the realms of science. However, xenobiology has opened the eyes of science once again.
I can fully iterate that I have encountered beings of the outer planes of existence; as you would put it, encounters with the paranormal. However, for a time, I emmersed myself in them, and nearly destroyed my life. I pulled away for a time to heal, then slightly reentered that perilous subject. I am currently believing that science is on the brink of acceptance.

It's quite obvious that "supernatural" things "exist" - we know that "reality" consists of more than 3 spacial dimensions, at least 4, but we have no way to "look" into that 4-dimensional reality. We realize only 3 with our senses and instruments (and only 1 of time, by the way). What is called "supernatural", may simply be a glimpse or effect of those additional dimension(s).

Like JollyJoker said, there is no denial that it DOES EXIST. It simply does exist, and we know that. HOWEVER, we do not know exactly what exists -- could be ghosts, could be some hyper-cubes, could be anything. But at least, we know SOMETHING exists (may or may not have 'life' as we know it).

I have always been a bit different then most. I've seen, felt, and experienced things that others have not. Most dismiss it as an over active imagination, or maybe just insanity. I will let you decide.
First, have you ever heard of Empathy? The 'psychic' ability to sense other peoples emotions. I can not even go to a funeral of some person I have not met without being overwhelmed by the emotion of the people there. Even if they are accross a large room, I can tell if they are happy, sad, angry, whatever. Now most people can empathize with somebody, but knowing what somebody feeling from half way accross the room is something else entirely.
Also, maybe because of this empathy, I pick up on .. spirits (no other word for it) easily. To the point that I have encountered (one really up close and personal) several in my life. If you desire I can share some of these true encounters with you.
I've had dreams that came true. I've even lived through an entire day that I dreamt once, from beginning to end. I knew when my Uncle died (years ago) before people told me, just as I knew the diagnoses of my brother before the doctors did. Commonly called ESP.

I have frequent Deja Vus, that last 10-15 seconds, even though I am unable to 'do something about it' even if I KNOW what will happen, for some reason I just freeze as if I'm frightened (even though it's a different feeling).
I do not know anything about it however because it happens random -- I do not claim I am in "control" of it (whatever that means) and thus, don't ask me for reproducible experiments because those DEMAND CONTROL, which I don't have.
(empirical science is only concerned with control, what isn't controllable is said to go into the realm of philosophy, meh... somewhat arrogant for those that don't practice philosophy )

Very well. I've had witnesses to a few, but some are witnessed by me alone and often dismissed as dreams. I assure you, however, I was wide awake.
I will start with the most startling of my experiences. I was I believe 12 years old (it has been a long time), and our local church was having a special night revival on the trick or treat night (not offically Halloween, but like two days before). They wanted children to forgo the 'pegan' holiday, and offered food games etc. After all the games and food everybody was called in to hear a sermon.
I noticed another of the girls standing on a nearby bridge (the bridge was not high off the ground, maybe a couple of feet). I went over, figuring she had not heard them call people inside. As I got near, she jumped into the creek. Now, as I said it was not a far fall, not enough to do more then scrape a knee. I ran over and looked over the side, but she was not there. As I turned around to look for her I noticed her walking toward me. She was soaking wet, and I was shocked. She didn't stop, however, and walked completely through me. Now there was no tingling or anything, but I did feel a slight wetness. As I turned around, she again jumped..and I ran into the church as fast as I could.
I've seen a old woman in a rocking chair (spirit), talked to my grandfather who I had never met before he died, and seen a woman go into a room with no other exit but not be in the room when I waked in.

Deja vu is a psychological construct, it's quite interesting actually, when the brain converts short term events into long term memory to create an illusion of having "done this before" etc.
