Heh, we have too much creatures. Mhm... your gladiator can sit on Gorgon instead of Lizard Militia, but u have to make upgraded version of him as well 
Huh, the work's going so fast!
Btw. Gazolin, where u found Heroes' sprites? I can't find them!(Do u have them from net?)

I used print screen, while I'm opening the game and open a random map. Then open the Fort building, where there are all the creatures and are doing action just in air and stand still.

uhm can u post in new forum tutorial for fast working with creatures (?) coz in all other tutorials dint work nothing on my computer

Tutorial? Mhm... All u need is paint, gimp and some brain (And, of course, ready parts of other creatures)
Btw. Gaz, why your staff has invisible white staff around, that I can't just simply join them?

Oh.. Download Photofiltre and open this pic and use the 'Fill Tool' at the tool palette at the right corner (as i've remembered). The 'Tolerance' shall be around 30-50, while 'Opacity' shall still be 100.
Use the 'Fill Tool' (Both your coles) and click on a color which is white-colored, if you've remembered to use 'Pipette Tool' on a white color of course.
It will clean all this 'nasty' white staff around the tools (Lizardmen, bow, green hair etc.)

No flying units? A vywern rider or pteranodon rider could do... Instead of that ballista thing you could make some sorth of cavalary or so...
