Thank you, that save did work. What was the problem with the other then?
Day 4
Darkstorn eradicated a small group of Skeleton Warriors, just before claiming the sawmill. He also exterminated some wild Stone Gargoyles, which did not gain strength from the warmth of the suffocating underworld, as opposed to their cold snowy homeworld. A Harpy Loft was built in the castle, and it is decided that money should be saved for a commander. After all, what good is it to claim the Opal that Darkstorn discovered without a good commander to use it?

Much to do in this day! Time to explore the swamps. Thunar guided by a gnoll found several valuable chest and gave them to the treasury to allow the hiring of more archers for Korbac. All infantry was transfered to Rion via Tazar who gave a saphire stone to his commander and opened a trapped chest. It contained a plate that increases the spell power of the bearer (this will help Rion no doubt) and a strange item that seems to negate all morale bonuses (even those of the minotaurs  ). Rion opened the passage for the two-way lith guarded by ogres after havin grabbed a good axe in the way. The fantassins were incredibly confident after the fight and Rion said them if they volunteer to fight those frightening beast guarding the passage to the town hosting the mighty archangels. The responded by a shout "hu, hu" wonder where they saw that. The 100 pikeman leaded by their commander Sasha (who was worth 200 of them  if rumors are true). Charge!!! A big surprise when they saw 2 ghost behemoths blazing through the battlefield and instantly killing Sasha! But the dead of their commander allowed them to position in a critical spot where they could also defend the tents of Rion. The battle was harrassing but in the end, with Rion casting precise spells, magic arrows, stoneskins (even on the tent)and bless the wounded pikeman where rapidly cured and the behemoth forces began to shrink. The even decided that it was preferable to attack the tents at one moment but it was too late . After that epic battle, Sephinroth went to inform all the kingdom that the passage is clear now and that everything will be much easier for the quest.

Note to the players on surface : the red liths are open now if you pass the lith guarded by level 4. So you have access to the lv7 too now .

Week 1, Day 5
It turned out the road ahead was not clear after all... Without the spellbook, Pyre had no hope of defeating Nagas or Psychic Elementals only with her Gogs... and since you can't take your Ballista into the Imp Cache, Pyre didn't feel like rushing in there.
So she rode back and defeated some Wights in order to claim the precious Sulfur Dune and learn Expert Logistics.
Anyway, should have enough resources for the Fire Lake...

Day 5
Morale is low as the heroes wandered around. Neela killed some gremlins and captured a sawmill. while others nabbed treasures, a mage guild was built so luna could continue her creeping...

Will do my turn this evening when I am back home. Will be around 7 pm I guess. Now it is 11:20 AM.
Edit:
Gurni killed wraiths who blocked path north west. Zubin recieved army, collected stuff and is going for the griffins and the gem mine next turn. Gurni followed the road north west towards next town.
Damacon opened brown boarder and collected important resources.
Built citadel and still have 7k gold. I want to built Behemots and Castle the next 2 turns, so I decided not to buy another hero, coz I do not know how many gold/chests are still laying around.

OMFG!! i totaly forgot. i'm so sorry
after the battle with the orcs, Alagar returns to his town to build a Mage Guild, and therefore get spells, recruit centaurs and elves and hire a commander. his plan for tomorrow is to go to the obelisk.
meanwhile thorgrim heads to the learning stone.

Darkstorn was planning to hire a commander this turn, but instead, the town had already spend the money to hire Alamar, the Warlock. He quickly checked upon the pillar of fire, touched the learning stone and walked away from the wrath of Darkstorn...

Hihi, funny how the plans of Darkstorm have been countered. I hope for Alamar that he will prove worthy in the next days . He should pray the gods of earth to master this element fast .
Sephinroth got her commander too and he already gave +- 1500 gold from battle xp . Korbac with the help of an angel is upset that he has to wait another town to have his own commander while Catherine also has one at her disposal. And he is struggling in the swamps! At least he knows well the terrain and even the slow trogs walk quicker with him. If only he could take those chests lying around . After all he is the one that made the fight for them but no the General Alkor decided that this will better be used to replesnish the treasury since the angel dwelling recently built almost emptied it.
Rion now discovers with delight a wonderful dwelling of the gods of light, the supreme archangels. He wonders if they will agree to help him .

Week 1, Day 6
Pyre flagged a Gem Pond and gained Advanced Artillery. Cahl got his first Mithril pile, most of which was used for upgrading the Sawmill... I'll need all the wood I can get.
To sum it up, it was a slow week for the Inferno, but the next one should be much better... provided pacifist doesn't win by then. LOL

Hehe, I think we have plenty of time ahead before beating those dragons . I have built a marketplace so if someone needs badly a ressource (efreet or behemoths for ex) I can "maybe" help and send some on my day 6 turn. I have 8 heroes and i can't even take that wood pile in my screen if I want to help Korbac in the swamps .
Vlaad, keep an eye on those efreets near second town, maybe in some days your commander can charm one She needs to be lv 10 at least I think ...

Not much to do on day 6. Flagged gem mine, collected resources, built behemot dwelling and Gurni tries to capture second town next day. Hope those lots of basilisks are closer to 20 than to 50
Hopefully I find a pile of wood tomorrow to be able to build castle.
Gurni will have necklace of speed next turn, and boots of speed aren't too far either
