well balanced game

hello everyone...
first of all welcome ... and sorry for my bad english...
im want to balance the game with several mods wich unbalancing him...
ther is a great mod's that with you can reach ultimate level early as level 5-6... but there ar some problems with:
1)the academy gets all spells at expert level so early while haven acteuly gets nothing (for example)!
2)the orces became to strong even undefiteble...
3)with that mod the dwarfs are very borring...
the others looks balanced :
dark elfs get killering damage for their spells...
necros gets -9 moral & -2 luck of the enemy(banish howl)...
sylvian get natures luck without having a secondery luck skill...
inferno get instant gating including the 7 lvl devil gated (with a new spell=pupet master)...

another primery changes:
spels that no longer exisit(becouse i think unbalancing the game):
frenzy and pupet master(wich devils is have the last),

another major spell changes:
resoruction & raise dead much more afective...
every hero gets another 2 spells: word of light and unholy word...
faction changes:

academy:
titan abilty deals 30 damage instead of 10
batle mage has instant freaze
master gremlin can repaier 3 times at batle
rakshasa's upgrates initietive increased up to 10 (20 with dush)
upg mages get 30 mana points
archimag have phantom force and summon hives on adv lvl instead of fire ball
batle mage has instant freaze,fire ball,implosion on exp lvl
master giene have phantom force and summon hives on exp lvl instead with 50 mana points.

sylvian:
high druid gets regenration
the dancers gets no retaletions strike

necro:
norfiesto(the alternative vampire) gets strike twice
and vampirs gets +2 to att,def,min and max damage(now they a masvie and enjoieble chess tool) alse gets lizard bite...
plague zombie drain mana as imp
upg ghosts 'summon from the dead' another stack of same ghosts...like wolves...
archilich have no male penality and increased stats
alt upg leach gets 50 mana and vampirism,slow,plague,sorrow on exp lvl (a pure dark magic sorcerer)

inferno:
devils can be gated (every hero can reach the ultimate gating skill in that case ultimate gating without an artifact) also have pupet master...
the instant gating not only became instant but also reaches his turn
(like after exp phantom force on exp lvl after the summoning they move)
pit lord gets blind instead fire ball(that never helps anyway in his case)...

dwarfs:
lvl 3-5-6 drasticly improved

haven:
archangles can resoruct 3 times
falen angels have vampirism...

dungeon and orces without changes...


so what do you think?
whats balnced and whats not?
any balanced or improvments sagestions are welcom!
(corection of my spellig is welcome two!)
a speciealy with the unbalanced orces and haven(wich not get much after having the "ultimate" anstopble charge)...

and yes i want to creat a mod that based on several existing mods such as:
Doc_Skills_3_0_2
Extra_2_11
if those familiar to someone....
to Mirthless : no hard fillings it is APRIL 1
and what i ment is: the changes not do balance they just do the game more joyfull but very unbalncing him!
the question is "what do u thing? is it balance with this changes? what can more balance the game?"
overall
i'm asking for advises for that game...
i'm wanna make him very enjoyfull and as much as difrenet factories but still as much as balance as can be...

THIS MOD SHOULD BE MORE EXAITING FOR THE GAME BUT STIL BE BALANCED
the faction more stronger with much more abilities, but stil be a balanced...
for example: if haven face academy, academy will always win! wont you agree?! so what changes can i made for get haven stronger?
what other bugs you see in those changes?

It only shows the skillwheels in game as how they are, it doesn't change anything to gameplay.

No, but it's difficult to explain why. Try to play with them more, use (or abuse) the training ability. You will smash academy one day

with this changes haven havn't any chanse...no mater how many you play with them... in a strat/midgame ther is no doubt! in week 2 academy have already very strong phonix and thats already enouth.
at the endgame the result is similar but more dificulte to explain: academy+jhora+emphaty+sorcery+logistics(swift of mind) vs no havens mater what... get play 3-4 times befor your hero can respond(mas slow+phonix+mark of the wizard-on the titan or rakshasa and after phantom force will gave you almost doble army wich have double moral) and dont forget that academy have much more moral than haven(funny but true +4 moral at end game only from the wizards artifact's creation) , and this is only the start if you play with ginies and mages with the spells ofhantom force and summon hives the diference is growing drasticly...

i don't want downgrade academy i want improve haven!
but traning is nnot a solution: even if i make the training unlimited and lets say that haven will get the needed mony his army will be borring: 10 grifins*no_weeks+2 archangels*no_weeks+legion of paladins and champions...

I have more experience in duel mode, but I feel haven is very strong.

in magic, they are very weak compared to academy, but in might, they completely own them.

I don't remember playing an academy vs stronghold duel. ultimate magic faction vs ultimate might faction. I have the feeling it may as well be very easy or very hard for both of them. (I guess it mainly depends on what spells the wizard have)

i agree Fauch... but i'm not talk about the original game.
i'm talk about the changes above, with them haven has no chance...
and agienst the stronghold there no one can stand! nothing whould help agienst them not might not magic and not might&magic. with the ultimate+wise choosen skill(dependes agienst who they are) they are the moast powerful faction.
i tried academy vs stronghold (with the changes above+m.giene have p.force expert and SummonHive olso expert with 100 mana and the archimags have the same but with 50 mana and the same spells but on advenced lvl) and an army of complite 10 weeks and the results are:
only the cenetaur's lvl3 and viewern's died... and thats with stronghold mercy...
b.t.w academy's ultimate is:learn all the existing spells on expert level sow the wizard with the ultimate will have them all....

Well, you can of course do anything you want, but I don't think this makes the game more exciting in anyway.

magnomagus: why do you think so?
don't you agree that playing with the ultimate is by far more exiting?! in the original game until you get the ultimate (if you get it...its posible that you win/lose way befor and even if not, without memory mentor you may get the unliked skill's and miss the ultimate,but lets say u get him) you are don't realy need him...
maybe for the final batle, but do you play many maps wich in you and your oponent have the ultimate?! unlikely...only if you and him tried very hard and let eachoter...in my case for the ultimate you need the folowing: for example academy(again)
ultimate ertificator+mark of the wizards+magic miror+consume artifact's and thats it! (7 lvl's at min...)
in most cases lvl 10 = ultimate skill...
with the ultimate 2 adventeges:
1-you start playing from the beginig and if trong m.hunters bloks you you shouldn't wait week 4-6 when for dungeon & necromancer this is peace of cake on week 2 for example...
with the ultimate the gameplay much interesting and you can fight agienst a much stronger monster's at the endgame...
2-having the ultimate doesn't make you having 3-4 must skills for them. thats makes you having the ultimate+ 4-5 skill's you wana choose...thats makes the strategy on the game more complex(and thats good), while in the orignal game if you think the game long enouth go to the ultimate if not go for the skills against a specific faction...

Of course it's a matter of taste, but with ultimate skills the game becomes much too easy for me. The monsters will not become stronger when your hero becomes stronger. I play large maps with memory mentors, if I want to reach ultimates. You can also generate huge random maps.

Any level 21/22 hero can get ultimate with a memory mentor.

I think it's enough and not need a lower level to get it.

yes, that is true may be i should creat some maps for you that won't be so easy (with all the abilitis and the ultimate)

the monsters is much stronger with incresed stats and abilities...
asume you fight agienst lots of devil's in the mid/end game usualy is no prob, but if they got pupet master it is way risky to fight ageinst them and there is a much more examples: mages and gienis with phantom force liches with vampirism wrightes with fear and poisen attack and much more changes.
for example i hade one unforgetble fight:
on week 3 a attacked obaunden mine
my army was: 6 wrightes 20 vampires 350 skel archers several ghosts and 3 liches hero lvl 13...
agenst: 10 wrights 10 archi liches  10 alternats upg liches 15 vampir lords and 30 ghosts...
on a regular game it is no prob (with raise dead spell win easily)
but with the changes (and with me having the ultimate that not help agienst but still) i lost easily i was shocked! i load and try again and lost agian easily! thats never hapen to me... i realized i was to weak for that mine...

so you see it's not true even taking a mine became more complex

yes, but agienst human player's you have much games that in the end you and him got the ultimate?! im for example on the original game dont think the ultimate worth it... with academy for example u must take w.machins skill (why!?) and 2 more thats left uonly 2 skill remaining to learn...not much to think about... but having 4 empty skills the chois more complex

not so true with a strategy map you may not have the resurce's(gold) needed to get the ultimate and if the map is "larg" and smaller you probebly wont reach 21-22 lvl (ofcorse depending on the map)

What I meant to say was: the AI doesn't adjust the AMOUNT of monsters on the adventure map to your power-mod, so neutral stacks will be in very low numbers when you engage them with your super skills. You can use my advanced Ai mod to get some more challenge, but probably still not enough:

but surely if it's possible to do the armies even biger it's better...
so i have several question for you:
1)is it works with 3.0?
2)do i have your permition to add your mod and mix him with my?
3)if im wanna change few things like do the nutural armies biger from from your mod, is it gon'a be dificult? (im not a great moder at all)
4)if it does dificult, maybe you can do those changes for me plz?

if you whould i'll give you the credit when i'm pobilsh the mod(if i publish becouse i don't see any interested people on this idea )
