Well it's so slow paced I can't really tell wether its any fun or not, but from what I'm seeing there are no upgrades, tier 7 units nor Warmachines and a lot of other stuff missing.

There is upgrades, game idea is good, but game balance is very weak. Wasting of time.

I did a comparison video of the two games. (in HD no less).
I'm working on a second one with more similarities and differences but the primary similarities are:
Combat, units, towns artwork, skills and spells.
The differences are:
-Artifacts have durability.
-Artifacts aren't exactly rare.
-Everything takes an hour before you can do it again (except duelling other players).
-Magic users are severely underpowered unless you save up a lot more money than a might character would need for their artifacts.
-The game doesn't operate like heroes does with a world map that you can roam around on picking up resources. Instead it's a world map with a few places you can enroll in a job in every hour or so and "hunt" monsters every hour or so.
-You only possess one hero per account and it's illegal to transfer resources between heroes you control.
-It's very similar to BBS and other browser based games that allow you to do certain things once per hour or so.

edit: So far it sucks. Another "You get to suck if you dont pay us even though we pretty much copied everything from the orginal game."
And how do you get a job anyway? It says that im supposed to go to an Ore pit and put in a password. But there is nowhere to write a password >.<

edit: ffs unbalanced game
So I was in a battle with Haven at lvl 1 and the Archers one-shooted my troops -.- I did alt + f4. Back to WoW. Cant bother to wait 10 min so that my army has recovered...
