...be patient guys, as i said, atleast one morew eek tine fort contestants to add.
As for team leaders, i suggest each team decides that for themselves.
btw, just because im not there for some days, i'm not away

Hmm, I must say that making ONE version of H6 in a team is quite hard on it's own.
Don't forget, you'll need full factions (Heroes, Line-ups, Specialties, Unique feats), Skill and Magic Systems, Combat Systems, Map Features and terrain, Story Lines and Campaigns ( possibly single-scenarios as well). You know that is an AWFULL lot of work, even for a team.
For Example, look at the Joint H6 Project, which, altough great, never got finished.
I do not wish to discourage you people, but I do think I need to warn you; this is an awfull lot of work.

I am fully aware, Lex, and I enjoy a good challenge. I haven't created anything in well over six months, and the ideas are backed up in my head. I need relief!

I feel exactly the same. The fact that we do it in a team and possibly not of our choosing, we have to work out things to our mutual agreement, that is all part of the challenge. I actually have a problem with is the fact that we have not started yet, I'm practically bursting at the seams with this.
Also on another note, Lex may be right. Given the 3 month deadline, that may be a bit short.

The problem with writing a proposal alone is the huge workload, while the problem of writing one as a community means there's just too many fingers in the pie (too many cooks spoil the broth). A team OTOH distributes the load fairly evenly, but leaves the group wieldy enough to make a decent proposal, ie, someone focusses on skills someone else on lineups, someone else on the campaign, etc.

I gave that at minimum. It could easily be expanded to 6 or more months

Now that you mention it, yes. You did indeed say it was a minimum. Somehow I had in mind that it was a set deadline. Being able to expand it seems reasonable enough.
BTW Jiriki, have you decided how the teams will be created yet ?

you can add me
about 3 years of creative shenanigans under my belt, deep knowledge of world mythology, experienced Lore maker, inventor of cool names and moves.
utterly useless when it comes to specifics and statistics, not good when working straight-faced with a traditional medieval fantasy setting.

Pretty soon I guess. The week we would wait for more contestants is 'round 'n about over. So pretty soon we will make teams or teams will be made for us. The contests starts as soon as the teams are formed. But since it's Jiriki's contest he gets to decide.

OK, I think we left enough time now!
Let's think of how we wanna form teams: everyone in should write wether they like it better to have random teams or form them, and when that has happened, but latest on sunday, we will begin the forming of the teams, ok?!?

Either form will suit me. If we pick the teams randomly, that's fine. But if we pick the teams ourselves, that's fine with me to. I have no particular quarrel with any of the contestants and given the fact that we need to (learn to) cooperate anyhow, teams will all have their share of friction.
As for team leaders, I think we agreed that the teams will pick their "leader", instead of a leader picking a team.
Again if we form teams ourselves, I will remind everyone that I can and will be stuborn about things making sense/ seeming logical.
