WCL Tournament
First I would like to say Hello to HC as Im new here , but not new in H3 online, I created this thread because i want to wake WCL , and all players up!
So what do I want to say that I would like to make a tournament only for WCL players.
Here is the link for those who want to participate

Just get registered there and select the season and sign up . Tournament will start after we get 16 players.

I think the tourny should be TE to really wake up players to the more balanced game 
Don't agree? play 10+ games TE.

Interested.
Most important is the time to play - i usually play every night between 20.00 and 23.00 GMT + 2

I played 100+ games on TE and it seems that most of players on WCL play version 4.0 well thats what heroes-iii.com shows.
So im gonna ask those players who wish to participate to tell what version they would like to play TE or 4.0?

Now i got several players who wants to partcipate but they only agree if its going to be played on TE version im a litle confused

I was hardcore SOD player for years and hated WOG in my guts.
But since i tried TE i love it and for more than a year dont have not even 1 game on SOD.
The good thing about TE is that most of the elements can be switch ON/OFF, so you tune it by your preferences.

I need 16 players for this tournament
and if everything goes fine I believe tournament will start in two weeks ( depends how fast i`ll get 16 people )
What about rules? Will everyone agree with wcl default?

WCL def rules are fine, esp the town choosing. What about temps? Maybe panic/balance? Never played TE for WCL before and can't wait

how about to make 4 groups like A B C D 4 players in each groups top 2 qualifies for the next round?

I like the football groups idea  winner of game gets 3 points, draw 1 and loose 0

it would be given one week to finish the group games and another one to finish the tournament so 2 weeks for the whole tournament
I need to know if players will have time to take 3 games in one week

I can play 10 games in 1 week The important thing is to get players. Anyways i suggest 160% instead of 130%... more interesting cause 130 is easy imo. Any have other suggestions?

i would like first to post announcement on main WCL page with clear rules, timeframes. Then we should wait maybe 1 week so players may read and join this sub-tournament

Otherwise - what will be the difference between this tournament and just a WCL game?
For me, there should be something different, to make it more interesting from just an ordinary WCL game.
An example: making a small championchip. Just one gruop. home and away fixtures.
Home side tells the game version - SOD or TE (if TE tells the settings). Home side choose templete, choose a town and is red Blue side MUST be random town.
So home side has CLEAR advantage, so even relatively weaker player will have a chanse against stronger ones.
And it will be interesting if visitors can make a breakthrough and score an unlikely win, wich will be very precios.
Additional interesting point is that there will be no eliminate players, each of us will play till the end. And there will be competition to improve your ranking all the time.
I suggest 2 games per week. You must take into consideration that most of the games need saves and are played over 2 days if its not at the weekend.
This mean that the tournament will last N-1 weeks, N beeng the number of participants.
6-10 players is enough for such tournament. It will be good if we think in advance the format so to make possible some new participants to enter even 1-2 week after the start.
