Just a note to ALL players. Although you are working WITH IDP, and have the badges for when you cross dimensions..you are not official members of the IDP. You are working with them, not as a part of them. None of their members are your boss, nor vice versa (IE Ben has just as much pull with them as you do..ie NONE). Also, although you are officially Galaxy Rangers (section 3) it pretty much works like your deal with the IDP. Although you have a lot more 'authority' within the Rangers. Now..if only you officially existed

Lol..just a reminder  . Some others have seemed to have a problem with distinction. IDP has absolutely, positively, NO authority over Section 3.

Did I forget to mention that the Average Female Venetian is around 6'7" tall? Rather..large. Oh and very muscular but very feminine looking also.

Masq always WAS female..but never showed her real face. She is a shapeshifter..not only can she be ANYONE, she can be anything. Animal, the chair you sit on, the blasted WALL. She is the ultimate infiltrator. 
Oh yeah, now you know what came out of the Antimatter chamber..and there is an additional problem. Not only are the people in the base way outnumbered (cause everybody is scattered all over the place) BUT if you fight yourself for too long..both go BOOOM. Matter and antimatter don't mix.
Edit: Since Troy and Geist are currently occupied going to leave out the doubles. If they make it to the base, will bring their doubles in also. Same goes for Angel and Alex. Their doubles are currently trying to find them .. for now. Of course that means the sides are getting a little more even....

NEW GUY EVERYBODY! 
Name: Perseus/Ramses Arkantos
Species: Venetian Male
Height: 6'7
Age: 19
Physical Appearance: Tall, lanky, and muscular. Has jet black hair that is usually very untidy, but can be neat at times. He typically wears slightly baggy khaki military pants with army boots on. He either wears a white sleeveless T-shirt or no shirt at all. Has very chiseled and beautiful features. Has slightly dark reddish skin and very bright green eyes.
Background: Perseus was not born on Venus. Instead he was born on a ship heading for Earth. He had no parents or guardians of any kind since his mother was killed by a superhuman lunatic (who is now deceased). He was taken in by a Greek couple and sought to raise him as their own son since they couldn't have one. At the age of 13, he discovered his powers, but kept it a secret and never used it until he was 16 years old, protecting himself from a mafia group that his family had borrowed money from, but not returned. Perseus then singlehandedly destroyed the organization, and was taken in by the IDP and raised and trained until he was 19 years old. Now he is being shipped over to Section 3.
Powers: Light Manipulation. Aka, he can bend light to make himself invisible, blind people, create light based illusions, acts as a human flashlight, and can create energy blasts similar to a laser.
Notes: Perseus is slightly weird, and aloof, but his most troubling feature is that he has an alter ego named Ramses, who is very violent, cruel, and unlocks the ability to create light-based radioactive firestorms, which are kinda like nukes, but on a much smaller scale and with having to use a bomb. He is very powerful, but laid back and prefers to never resort to use his 'laser' or his 'firestorm'.
Weaknesses: Not as disciplined as the rest of his Venetian kin, due to his upbringing. He hates being told what to do, but tends to do it anyways. Was loved by most of the girls in the schools he went to on Earth, and therefore tends to underestimating females and is used to being loved by them. He is also pretty vain and is an avid lover of mirrors and pictures of himself. Power wise, he has no true weakness except his overconfidence.

Any light manipulator has one glaring weakness..no light, nothing to manipulate. Oddly it is the same weakness that shadow manipulators have. Without light no shadows..nothing to manipulate. Any void, artifical (complete) darkness will make him powerless. Also, prisms/crystals can dilute his effect.
I want to ask that your remove the 'nuke'. 1) it is not really neccessary. 2) It is a bit much for this game. 3) If caught in the radius, it WOULD also vaporise your own character.

course it would vaporize him. that's why he never uses it, duh! Just a failsafe in case I feel the need to kill him too.
as for the light weakness thing, that should be so obvious that I dont have to put it there.
