Yes, Bulldog is like Anti-Ben (in a way). He is ex-military..and a hard nosed jerk  . Ben will be back, eventually. As to his powers, and the boys powers..we'll leave those top secret for now. Here are their bios however.
Name : "Bulldog" real name unknown
Background : Leader of the Delta Wolves. An elite top secret experiment ran by the Federation on 6 individuals. Has taken some vacation time to help Ben out. Physically the weakest of the Wolves, he is also not a combat specialist..he makes up for this in other ways (leadership ability, knowledge, and tactical ability).
He is hard on people, but feircly loyal. He will try to break you, but if anybody else does, heaven help them. Any sign of weakness will make him not respect you, loyalty to your fellow Section 3 members will gain his respect. Unlike Ben he won't stop any infighting of the group, he will let people settle their differences.
(Remember due to some activity recently any fight with Section 3 personel MUST go through me..only if Players want to directly fight the section 3 members however).
Name : Jon 'Mystic' Strade
Background : Not much is yet known about the mystery boy wearing martial arts gear. There is something vaguely familiar about him however.
Just a note, the ships 'around' Earth will turn out to be drone Federation ships, not alien ships. Its part of the big picture problem that I have set up for the groups.

Right now do to the 'blockade' nobody is able to get to Earth..where everything seems to be coming from for some reason. They all seem connected in some manner, but even the vaults of Neptune don't have the answer as to how. Can't get close enough to teleport, or launch the virus .. yet. Everybody is gonna have to work together on a plan.
For simplicities sake, if it is easier, we can assume everybody meets back up on one of the ships. To make plans.
Edit : As I said, I want these missions to be harder then anything before. Simple things like Viruses will only get so far. Slow them down, etc.

Berny totally hijacked the thread, which in itself isn't necessarily a bad thing but when it leaves others no space to manouver it is.
Would it be a bad thing if I asked you to drop down the amount of consecutive posts and wait for more people to post in between before taking their characters somewhere?
As in now with Angel. She just got in and you practically jettisoned her out before she could have a chance to do anything.
It isn't bad if, for example, you and Kip post a lot in short time if it's a matter that only affects your characters but if there are other people involved too it kinda leaves them out. You're all set on invading earth and Baal's group is still kinda stuck on neptune.
Just some observations.
EDIT: Oh and we do not know if there are any IDP forces on the ground.

The IDP has a secret base there in the Sahara. When Troy was around he spent some time there. Perseus was also in the IDP, so he knows of its location.
As for me hijacking the thread, well Mytical really doesn't seem to mind, and you aren't really doing anything. If you want to just pop out of it and do something else, then go right ahead, don't let me stop you.

They can be having a million secret bases on earth. Doesn't matter. We can't contact them so we can't know if there are any left. And since the god in the machine is in parctically every computer system. It ought to know about them too. For all we know they could be taking orders from it. Catch my drift?
I don't really mind your doings since I'm al ready there and online here. But shouldn't we give Baal and his group a chance to join us? I know I'd feel bad being left out because of someone updating so fast I couldn't keep up. I just thought it would be fair to give him a chance to join us. It hasn't been that long.
I won't(couldn't either) obviously stop you but just thought it'd be fair to wait for him since we're all in this together.

Kinda agreed with Joonas's words. In GR rpg we have some days with no posts, but some verbal diarea on other days, when you read the thread and realize that your character was moved somewhere without any warning.
Anyway it's okay.
I'll think out something.

In all fairness I did a lot of the 'moving' of the characters. Information gathering is a bit 'tedious', so I moved past the 'combs through a thousand books to find absolutely nothing useful' bit. Why? You ask. Although Neptune is one of the largest repositories of knowledge, and underground contacts might be of some limited help..information would be ultra hard to come by.
1) Even Neptune has to have information to record it. Since nobody but those on earth know what is going on, and they can not communicate with anybody outside of earth..doesn't matter how much information is out there Neptune would not have it. It is not a magical place that instantly knows everything that is happening.
2) None of the contacts would have any information as to what is happening on earth for the same reason. Like everybody else, they have lost contact. They would know as much as the team knows.
3) It would take 'days' for everybody to figure this out. As with most fiction, when nothing happens for days..those days tend to get 'glossed over'
4) The little information that would get out is about the Anti-Matter misshap..on EARTH. Thus why I specified that 'all roads lead to earth'.
Now I have no problem with editing my posts and going back and doing the tedious bits. One of the benefits of this being a FORUM roleplaying game is that option. Your call.
On another note, Perseus is about to get a smack down  . Sorry Berny, talking to a Goddess that way, especially one of the Venetians..isn't conductive to health. I am very glad she won't be around long. Just brought her in to fix a few things that were broken.

Perseus lol, yeah we talked about several other powers, etc. Kiki is not a goody goody goddess..though she would pay for harming a mortal (and badly)..she might feel it is worth it...lol.

Well at this point Perseus isn't really believing her, just treating her like he would treat anyone else if they did that to him. He may be rude and uncouth, but at least he's fair (except when it comes to him).

Note: Molly can't fight her way out of a wet paper sack normally. She was in what would be called an 'Avatar' mode. Blessed by a god to do things mortals normally can't. Afterwards..she will just be 'Molly' again, and return back to having no fighting ability at all. Like I said, Kiki is not sticking around. She is not meant to be here, too Deuce Ex Machina. Goddess of Ninjitsu and Venetians...yeah not exactly something I want sticking around.
Oh yeah, an interesting thing..Kiki is actually a relatively new Goddess to the Venetians. They have 3 others, and in the Hierachy she is the low one on the Totem pole.
Athena is the big dog. Yes the same Athena that was a Greek Goddess.
Artimis (yes from the same), is number two.
Nobody knows if the Venetians got this religion from Earth, or vice versa.
Just useless information.

Alex got his strike team from his own people I presume.
Baal is with who?
Perseus is with molly, kiki and prism?
Now if we don't have enough teams will we make the rest we need from Alex's people?

Ok, here are the ones that are there (besides the ones that Alex has??)
Zip, Flare, Masq, (Not Gaia, she doesn't do much ), Molly, The Samurai boy, Terra..of the NPC's. Of course you can count on Bulldog also. I think I may bring in a couple of his Delta Wolves for this though...
Then of course the Players except Jorn. Who has three of the Npc's occupied . Dang it.
Sec, let me bring in a couple of the 'Delta Wolves'..'Mutt' is my favorite. 
Delta Wolves. Military personel that were 'experimented' on (they volunteered). Genetically made to basically be 'Werewolves'. Enhanced speed, strength, agility, regeneration, etc...but yes..in order to access it all they have to be in werewolf form.
Of course each has their specialty. 'Mutt' was the first to undergo the experiment. Physically, he is the top dog..no pun intended. He is a 'hand to hand' expert (ok .. more brute strength then skill), and he is the strongest of them (not to mention he regenerates the fastest). He lost his ability to talk, however. Also, unlike the others..he can change without wanting to. The trigger is if he gets really angry. The fastest way for him to get angry, is to see a child being/about to be hurt.
Siberian is a demolitions expert. He can make things go boom pretty good.
Timber is infiltration/recon, and Husky is 'Hevy weaponry'..oh and he is an Eskimo..not that that has anything to do with anything.

All the groups in their arsenals have melee weapons from special alloy *steals from GW* named witchblades, and ranged weapons for stealth killing( Splinter carbines). Provided from Alex's own personal armory, thus means that he'll want them back after this operation. The blades can be anything- from knives to halberds(take your pick). They're able to cut through any material, but not energetic shields.
If anyone finds short on squad members feel free to borrow any of my NPC's except for Walter and Cyber Rat who aren't field operatives.
Alex's squad- Swede, Michelle, Udirah
Angel's squad- Bishop, Hawk.
So this leaves Psycho(scout/assault), Blaze(demolitions) and Bear(heavy weapons) at your disposal.

Try to make it dramatic and exciting when doing this. Even though this is just the fight to get back control of communications, ships, and weapons..there should be close calls, daring do, and cliffhanger moments.
