However, i don't think you will do nothing with Apo and imps to make imps hidden. If you move/attack with Apo, imps should be noticed and imps turn will come anyway, that will also make visible.

Why not just take the one from Darkloke, as he choosed the right model (there are several Sucubus in NPC) and he made it with 3DSMAX, so only the head angle changes when attack up/down + other visual glitches removed. In your attack straight you will have one of them (weapon is 4 hexes covering, needs another angle). It has also already done shooting and dragon breath animations, just perfect. Did I mention it is free also?

I make this one because i really dont like Darkloke's skin, and i try to make something by myself too to learn how to make good DEF, also i make this one to beat who lazy in TEAM. Magic frames is ready too, i dont add it yet. I wish Darkloke joint this project too.

my my,darkloke likes to use all of wow mob as well,you might intraged him to your team. infact changing all of h3 mob with wow beastery might be nice,i have sevral ideas for it...

Apocalypto is already ingame!
I replaced Lava Sharpshooters, everything works fine, but when it shoots game becomes black. Any ideas? (it has shooting anymation and all other actions work good).
EDIT: could it be frame number the problem? I remmeber something similar when I was making QS.

Thats because your creature has a different attack frame (AF). In shooting this is very important. Try to make the same number of frames on shooting animation as the original or it will crash.

what can i posibliy do besides light edit? 3d was never among my tallents. i can do some recolering and i can do some frenkenstianing,with ideas and stuff,but not much,besides its up to Bj,to decide if im needed.

My call will possibly ingored but I admit that the creature is tad big In my humble opinion ( I know you already mentioned it and I know you're still satisfied with it ), but the main thing which is botherin' me more is the blurness. I mean, if you look on the original creatures, they're kind of blurry. My point is to not make im so edgy and the sharp colors make a little more "blurry". Which could be easy with some photoshopin' of the frames.
If something isn't clear ask, or just ignore me.
I have to say I'm really glad something came out again around these forums and people are connectin' to work and makin' some progress which is awesome. I wish you good luck because it looks really nicely.
