I'm finally upgrading from Winning Eleven 8 which is from 2005. I tried a bunch of soccer game demos, I thought both Fifa 2010 and PES 2010 sucked. I did however like PES 2009.
I'm concerned about playing it online with my friend though. Never played online soccer before. Do you go through Hamachi or what? Also it looks like I'll need a fan patch (smoke version?) and can we play online with that installed?
I don't know if anyone plays these games but thanks for help anyway.

Hi Zam. If you are interested to know I got the game and tried online.
First it wouldn't work with the smoke patch. I installed it again with the official 1.4 patch. I was able to get onto the konami servers but it wouldn't let me connect to my friend.
Checking the Konami website it is because I am behind a router. I have no idea what to do. Hamachi did not help.
