When you live your sheltered home and actually get punched in the face xerox, you will see how "barbaric" simple emotions are. Before you go crying, that is.
As for the situation, well, with some people, you can only treat violence with violence. If he was left unpunished, he would grow even more arrogant and certain nobody ****s with him, and he would be even more aggressive in the future. A little beating, nothing too serious, should work like a cold shower and that's what he got.
Hope that's enough for him to learn.

What do you mean by sheltered home? What do you know about me? There might be a reason I am posting here you know? I'm not rich yet, though I have many ideas. Writing a book and creating a profit religion (because I realized that people are in fact not very smart on average).
I don't understand what you mean by simple emotions? If you are a person with lots of rage in you then you should seek help. Everything can be solved without violence from the start.
The black guy probably didn't "learn" anyway. But such a heavy amount of violence was unnescessary. But if he ignored the black guy then there would still have been a fight, I think.
This is much harder then I originally thought. Okay, the conflict should have been solved in the begining.
Also I think the white guy smashing the black dude just breeds more hate within the black guy.
It's so hard to deal with these people in the society who randomly go and fight with people... Something obviously went wrong from the start and it should have been corrected as early as possible.
I'm getting mad. SO HARD.
I wish we could turn back time and test out multiple descisions and in that way we would be able to find out what would be the best solution.
I kind of agree that he deserved it... but the white guy still broke the law... and I am afraid that hate breeds hate.

Take your self-praise elsewhere. I don't really care about your profit religions or anything, neither for your high ego (who are you to say people are not smart on average?) I can judge you by your ridiculous, immature trolling behavior you've been showing for months, maybe even years here. Don't expect me to treat you like a reasonable member now.
Quote: I don't understand what you mean by simple emotions? If you are a person with lots of rage in you then you should seek help. Everything can be solved without violence from the start.
In your little perfect world perhaps. There are people who can't be bargain with, can't be reasoned with. They _WILL_ beat you for the very sadistic pleasure if they wish. For no reason at all. I would really like to see you telling an aggressive bum who just wants to kick your butt that you can talk. Lmfao.
Sure, there should be no need for it. Also, there is no need for war, killing and everything else. But it's not utopia. And people who want to beat you WILL beat you. Responding with "this is not necessary" is like commenting on a rape "this is not necessary". yeah, it isn't. But it happens. And you can't reason with it. If you think you can, it proves you're just an immature boy living in a sheltered environment more than anything you can tell about yourself. Seriously. Try to see how life really looks, then come back and tell us how smart you are and how stupid an average Joe is.

This is much harder then I originally thought. Okay, the conflict should have been solved in the begining.
How? By not responding? Don't you know that if you let people bully you, they just bully you harder? Oh, right. You don't know.
Quote: Also I think the white guy smashing the black dude just breeds more hate within the black guy.
Surely, allowing the black guy to beat his *** would be a better solution.
Quote: It's so hard to deal with these people in the society who randomly go and fight with people... Something obviously went wrong from the start and it should have been corrected as early as possible.
There are people that 'turn bad' despite love, care and attention. I know such a guy personally. You really can't blame his parents, they did everything, they loved him, talked to him, spent time with him. He was always a loner though and he always was attracted by the "darker side of life". He started bullying people early, turned to drugs and street fights later on. I think that some people are just this way.

The best solution? if people weren't afraid to tell that dude to stfu. Teach him a lesson without violence. If 20 passengers of that bus or whatever told him he's a ****ing idiot, his ego would go down and he would just get off the bus humiliated on the next stop.

You try to end a conflict and talk with the person before bullying or in this case violence starts. And I believe that a conflict can be ended early without violence.
I do agree that violence is nescessary sometimes though, as a plan B. Its very hard to tell if that was nescessary in this situation since we dont really know how the conflict started etc.
Quote: Surely, allowing the black guy to beat his *** would be a better solution.
When did I write that it was a better solution to let the black guy beat the crap out of the white man?

Nice to see you use a bit calmer speech...
I agree. It's in some peoples genes I guess. In their brain. Everybody aren't born perfect. Nobody is.
Perhaps a good solution would be to have sent him to some kind of "teen rehab" (I dont know how to explain it...) and talk to psychiatrist? I guess you cant deal with people like this but did you really know what exactly went behind closed doors in his life?
People tend to keep a lot of secrets. I dont know and I am not going to dive deeper into that subject.

I completly agree. And its kind of bad that most of us (including myself) dont show a lot of moral courage.

They already exchanged angry words etc before that.
I cant even hear what they say in the begining though.
edit: Okay, I am convinced. He deserved it. I mean, it wasn't like the black dude was dying or anything. So I think it did him good but it is very hard to tell. I dont know anything about him as a person.

I don't see what the big deal is. Both people were antagonizing the other. It ended up in a little scuffle. So what? It happens.
The law has nothing to do with it. It wasn't even a serious fight, just a couple people working out their differences. I'm sure they both knew what they were getting into.
It provided some excitement and maybe a little entertainment for the people on the bus.
Actually the one I liked was that girl wearing the headphones. She had the right attitude, like nothing was happening and she just minded her own business. She was like *yawn* and goes on diggin the music.

If you've already tried to move away from an agressive person and they walk over to where you are and punch you you'd better start punching away or you will get your butt handed to you.
Whoever gets the early advantage in a fights will most likely be the winner.
I don't think the punk would have stopped hitting the bearded man if the bearded man had not defended himself. If the bearded guy had not defended himself the punk would have viewed him as a "victim" typer person and given him a beating.
Talking out your differences is nice if the other person wants to talk too. But obviously the punk wanted to talk with his fists.

Well exactly and the whole time the non beard guy was provoking him. I love how he goes "I'll **** you up next time" when he just got the **** beat out of him by a 67 year old dude. The guy is a punk, plain and simple and he tried to act tough but he's nothing.

Great video and all, but a couple of things have me a little perplexed.
1. Why does the ageist thug with the cornrows mention something about Green M&Ms towards the end of the video?
2. Why does the chick with the headphones wear spandex pants on the bus?

its hard to determine if the beard guy meant initial offense or not but I would venture to say he didnt and not only based on the fact that he asked the guy why he was being hostile, then moved away
whether or not he meant offense does not mean that its okay to run around the prjoects or something asking for a spitshine. It is understandable how the black guy took offense
and wtf and the dumbness of people recording, talking about pressing charges on a guy who tried to thwart the situation and was hit by someone in their prime years.

Not to mention that nothing was 'worked out'. The only reason it ended was because the young guy went down and alpha grandpa probably knew enough not to go too far or he'd end up with a fat fine. They walked away hating each other more than ever.
