All I see is 3 players from GSL and San. San is still a strong player (strong timings) and Maru maybe underperforming, if anything.
I wouldn't jump onto too many conclusions anyway when this is a small tournament of champions and there has been quite a lot of 2-1 results.
Balance whine analysis should come from a bigger pool of games.

The semifinals (and final) of GSL Global Tournament starts at 7:00 a.m., shiiiiiiit
Edit: ahhh, poor PartinG, losing in the finals after having a 3-1 lead...
Zest ended winning this tournament, but 3-2 vs soO and 4-3 vs PartinG, very close.
Now DH...the overlay sucks

A LOT.
Groupstage #2 was a complete sweep from koreans, all 17 advancing to group stage #3.
Now, ToD has just won over JaeDong 2-1 in a very close and exciting series.
HerO has won 2-1 vs Impact, in the third game he apparently had some malfuction on his keyboard and had 3 zealots on hold position on the ramp blocking 2 probes and stocking 900 minerals. How ironic with the Razer promotional pic they made for this event xD. Fun didn't stop there, they regame before HerO has stocked so many minerals and ended winning making twice the 'FF the ramp of the main, bye bye lair' trick. Which made TotalBiscuit go mad about Protoss lol.
Also Ryung 2-1 Life, Uthermal 2-0 Jjakji 
Edit: Stream list to follow the event, right now there are soooo many matches going on, with 4 streams open at a time I can't keep with all of them!

This marks the 19th Premier Tournament in a row that HuK doesn't manage to get into Ro8. Almost 2 years. By far not a top foreigner in my book.

That was actually pretty awesome at points.
That viper abduct train to funnel the broodlords from the front to the spore crawlers. Three sequential abducts, so awesome!
Also that abduct, fungal, counter abduct to save from fungal too. That was great.
If only zanster had one more base...

At the same tiem, we have Phoenix vs Phoenix on Proleague, with sOs going for a Mothership and later Tempest and now Carriers
