Tempest have bad dps, yes is 15 of range but it's 3.3 full seconds of cooldown between shots.

Obviously I'm talking vs non massive units, coz that stupid +50 of damage they have is damn huge.

Voidrays could use a small fix, also the Widow Mine shouldn't kill 40 lings in one shot.. just too strong.

I'm expecting ultras to be not-quite-as rare for late game. Between widow mines and now hellbat/hellion, terran can can pretty much render slings obsolete.

Tempests are going to be a major problem for people with poor scouting habits, but other than that they're expensive and easy to counter if you rely too heavily on them.

Sure, but the money number of Tempest is about 3. No need to mass them imho, just a couple so you can force engagements. Big asset.

You know you can bait a mine shot with a single ling and it's useless that mine, right?

Not if the mines are under a bio ball, which kills a ling or 2 before mine triggers but retreats if it is a mass of lings

Well, mass lings MUST lose against bio, you can't relay on the most basic zerg unit to fight a full bio force aided with medevacs and such.

Ling, baneling, Muta... Widow Mine makes the engagements against terran a nightmare. But we don't need to argue about that, anothers nightmare is anothers daydream But I still reserve the right to consider it too strong

Oh, their range has been nerfed? That's good, they looked so scary. Still, the other two things look like such a pain, even if they're awesome. Both the Oracles and the Motership.

I wonder how effective banes will be against hellbats though? They're slow enough that they wouldn't be able to retreat, and transforming would take too long unless you know they're coming in advance. Obviously not as great as against a juicy ball of rines, but with stim pack they can often avoid the worst of it anyway.

I never really did learn to use banes as well as I should have. I get irritated and demoralized whenever I'm not able to pull off some really good kills so a lot of times I don't bother with them even in situations where they'd be good. It's like it's all or nothing. Kamikaze's don't get a second chance.

Banelings do splash, so they are good if units are clumped. So they can situationally be good vs. Hellbats, but yeah, when Hellbats are divided Banelings are not cost effective at all. So to put it simply, for sure do not build a baneling nest to counter Hellbats Build Roaches.

Oh yes, it strengths a lot Protoss early pushes, and the recall abilty is simply too much for earlieres stages. I hope it's changed to a researchable ability so it comes later in the game...
