Oh, actually a really nice TvT series from Jjaki and Innovation.

Must be painful for SoO to prepare to be raped by Innovation next  D Those ZvP games were not impressive at all, like SoO played so badly game 2, and Super badly game 3. Did not likeeee.

Roach Bane - Innovations bane. I didn't see Inno v Curious, were they macro games or Roach/Bane or what?

first two macro games - the second one on Frost, where Curious managed to get like 40 mutas, was crushing Inno all the time for like 30 minutes, but still Inno was alive and defending well, there was a moment where he ambushed the mutas and killed most of them with mines and two squads of marines as showcased here. There was also a moment where he was 40 of supply agains 100, and still climbed up to 100 vs 120...but he lost anyways.
And in the third game he lost to 10 slow lings. And it wasn't a fast pool

That second game was pretty cool!! Excellent play from soO to be honest. But I must wonder if that was the legendary tilt from Innovation - cheese him once and he can't play anymore, lol

TvZ in HotS has developed a lot into more and more banes - the key to dismantle Widow Mines.
While the WM itself must be nerfed due to the unidimensional TvZ is right now, I feel like Zerg are goint to crush Terrans with the propposed changes.
Time to look at Muta regen maybe?

Agreed, and imho even more because of PvZ. Mutalisks are just too good against Protoss.

Yes, exactly. Right now Protoss can only deal with mutas with phoenix (with range). But once range is researched mutas are raped by phoenix no matter what - unless corruptors joins the party. Then Void Rays can take part on taking down corruptors or not...
but I find it very extreme, stupid. In WoL blink stalker could deal with mutas while teching to archons & storms. In HotS that's not possible.
I really wish they turn down muta regen, coupled with a change to phoenix (so they don't kill mutas so fast). I wish

Yes that is the problem - A good protoss can counter Mutalisks, but there is only one way to do it. Hence a Protoss player can never play without a Stargate against Zerg, which is the stupid part. (forgetting 2 base all-ins). There should be a conter to Mutalisks on the ground too, and Stalkers with Blink can do that if the regen is nerfed. ^^

I think the problem isn't that there is only one way to counter mutas in high numbers. It's that there's no viable progression afterwards. Sure you can hope for corruptors but that doesn't really help the zerg progress like void ray counter to corruptors does protoss.
Void rays kill ultras, broodlords, buildings and can atleast hope to inflict damage on the rest.
Corruptors kill, well, colossi really and look in horror as the rest rampage everything.

I think the worse part is the fact they made Void Ray - Corruption in the same way as Phoenix - Mutalisk. If you get in enough numbers, VRs simply MELT corruptors instantly, it's so absurd
btw, MKP and Symbol out of Code A lol
