I made one of the icons just now - it truly takes time. And it doesn't look great.
Anyway, here is one of the problems. The second "horse" wasn't changed.

I dont get that quote. Do you mean to say that the menu girls that already eixst are more good lookin? I havent seen them actually, so I can not say.

Certainly, but we have planned this snow castle for New Year's Mod (this year it will be in two languages (rus & eng)! )

First of all, thanks for those preview images
Second, I do find them good looking BUT I fancy my ones more, probably to the more dark and more sinister look. Also the ones I posted are digital art and brushpainting (I think its called, Digital brush). its usually a more realistic look... Yours are "Traditional Art" which probably fits Heroes more (well depending on what one might like).
My images would prbably fit Disciple series PERFECTLY ^^

I have a question...
In game there are only one loading image(ZPIC106.bmp) and two game menu images (ZPIC1000.bmp or ZPIC1001.bmp).
Is there a way to add more and so making it more random? For instance If you can add three loading images then when you load a game there will be one of them, but when you load it again there will be another.
Same goes with game menus: If you had more of them, then it would be more random the image you see in the background.

I have 3 menu backgrounds, not 2.
You could try to add a ZPIC107.bmp, ZPIC108.bmp and see what happens.

Nah...nothing.
I thought of that too, but if there isn't any command to make the game choose one of these pictures its logical that they don't appear.
Anyway, no biggy. I just thought that it would be nice to have a variety of loading and starting a game pics.

You need also UNRAR.dll...
EDIT - maybe I try once more play with ERA... but I found bug in NewInterface_AF_v.1.0.wog - in h3sprite.txt there is artifact 157 mensioned, but there isn't in wog file...
