I wouldn't call it a Splinter Cell game, it's more of an action pack TPP shooter with elements of sneaking. You get annoying hints EVERYWHERE which constantly tell you what to do and then there is a retrospective mission in Iraq (lolwut) where you tun with yer trusty old AK with an ACOG scope killing enemies (much like in CoD). As far as I'm in the game there is almost no thinking involved. If I had to compare I'd say that in CoD MW2 campaign mission when you sneak into an arifield covered with snow is very similar (if not better).
