1) Gold Dragon, Firebird, Phoenix, Fire Elemental, Energy Elemental, Magic Elemental, Efreeti, Efreet Sultan, Black Dragon
2) Electricity Elemental, Mineral Elemental, Efreet Rajah, Sacred Phoenix, Diamond Dragon, Darkness Dragon, emissaries, Ghosts(?), Hell Steed
3) if expierenced: Angel, Arch Angel, Supreme Arch Angel, Devil, Arch Devil, Hell Baron, Bone Dragon, Ghost Dragon, Blood Dragon, Infernal Troglodyte, Medusa Empress, Ghost Behemoth, Water Elemental
4) by scripts all may be immune
5) if equipped with Armageddon's Blade or Power of Dragon Father all yours are immune
6) if equipped with Recanter's Cloak or Orb of Inhibition troops are "immune" to armageddon, becouse you and enemy could not cast it!
7) same as 6) if you fight in Anti-magic Garrison or on Cursed land
Note: I have Grove instead of Fortress  so there could be some more creature immune to armageddon...
