Priest
Haven Upgrade: Inquisitor
Obviously.
Academy Upgrade: Philosopher
Your hero has decided to forsake the belief of Elrath for knowledge instead. This creature has lower statistics, but can cast more magic. (Divine Strength, Righteous Might, Endurance, Haste, Cleansing)
Sylvan Upgrade: Hermit
These priests have abandoned their life in churches, and have chosen to life in the woods, alone, instead. They have lost their ranged attack, and are now melee/ casters. Armed with a staff, they move surprisingly fast, but have low defense.
Fortress Upgrade: Runic Preacher
Your hero, taking an example from the dwarves, has made his priests more defensive. They now have a much higher defense, but lower attack.
Stronghold Upgrade: Tribal Monks (name bad)
These monks have converted to tribal religion of Stronghold. They now have higher attack and initiative, but lower speed. Additionally, they now have Summoning Magic spells instead of Light Magic.
Dungeon Upgrade: Chaos Priests
Chaos Priests worship the same thing as Dungeon, and are loyal to their cause. They deal additional damage to elves, them being the enemies of Dungeon. Also, Chaos Priests cast Destructive Spells instead of Light Magic.
Necropolis Upgrade: Deathly Zealots
Rotting in their graves, the Deathly Zealots come out at nightfall to destroy anyone that does not believe in the might of Necropolis. Armed with mighty broadswords more close ranged combat, they are a force to be reckoned with. They also can cast dark magic.
Inferno Upgrade: Demonic Preacher
These preachers worship Sovereign and the arch-demons, and despise all the others. They are powerful melee fighters, as well as excellent ranged attackers. However, they lose their ability to cast.
