Devils or Juggernauts?
I saw this amazing artwork named "juggernauttpose01upg" :
We also can see this creature in the announcement trailer and there it killed one of the main heroes(I guess), so it must mean it is pretty tough.
As far as I understand this is supposed to be the new tier 7 creature for the inferno faction. So now I have mixed feelings - I really like the way this creature looks, but I also believe that the devil is iconic for inferno. Do you think that the developers should exclude the devil from the new line-up? Personally I don't like the idea.
(By the way sorry if I have any spelling or grammar mistakes - English is not my first language )

there is no evidence that suggests that the juggernaut would replace the very traditional and classic Devil creature (apart from it being featured in the trailer)

Yeah you are right there, but don't you think that if a single creature kills an important character in the game it will be tier 7? I might be wrong though - I hope so.

I believe the German Gamestar stated that Juggernaut replaces the Horned Demon.
That said, the Devil is almost always kinda cartoon-ish so I wouldn't be surprised if it gets replaced instead of them trying to find a more serious image for it.

The H3 devil looked really cool so I hope they go for something like that.
I always thought that some H4 creatures such as the Devil with the metal claw and the Titan in that game looked pretty neat aswell.

I agree with you - the devil in h3 is maybe one of the best in the series. No offence there, but in my opinion the one in h4 looked like an ambitious experiment that went really wrong.

Aye the Juggernaut is replacing the Horned Demon, not the Devils.

Despite its uncanny resemblance to Chuck Norris, I didn't really like the Heroes V Devil. I wouldn't be disappointed if it were kicked out in exchange for something more interesting.

HoMM V devil was cool, but I'd also prefer it to be more human-like.
I can't say I liked HoMM III either (maybe it as because of the scythe), but something along that lines would be better than the monster type devil of HoMM V.

I for one would prefer the tier 7 to be something more along the lines of Agrael than our dear Chuck Norris. Intelligent, potent in destructive magic, awe-inspiering. Like the aristocratic vampire of Nercopolis, it would be refreshing if the demonic forces could muster some spark of intelligence beyond brute force/numbers. (The succubis in V were a step on the way but didn't quite cut the cake, seeing as they just used their assets to seduce the enemies... Leading to some very odd fanficton? XD).

Nobody is writing here anymore - you guys either don't care what the new lineup for Inferno will be or my question is pretty dumb. I wonder which one it is?

Well, the premise of your original post is dead, as we know the Juggernaut will not replace Devil but replace Horned Demon, so no need to bump topic unless you have something new to discuss.

H4 Devil was by far my favorite of the three, and I remember there being awesome sound effects that came with him. The H3 devil looked like a demented Red King from a deck of playing cards, and the H5 devil is cool but too brutal for my tastes. I feel a top-tier Inferno creature should look more dark and elegant rather than like a fiery giant.
Juggernaut is more or less another name for the horned demon; I would hardly call it a new creature. It will probably be the same slow-moving infantry unit.

From what was written in the Inferno showcase, the army is all about mobility and hitting hard so I think the H6 Inferno will be a lot different from what we've seen in H5

That's what H5 Inferno was about, but they didn't have all fast moving units for balance and structure purposes.
You're thinking of back in the day with H3 Inferno. They weren't based around speed.

H5 Inferno wasn't that mobile until ToE and the Horned Grunts, the Pit Spawns and Arch Demons + Teleport Others. Before ToE it was a very sluggish army

Well to put it in H5 terms, the "speed" is somewhat synonymous with their high initiative. Even in the original H6 they were a quick faction.
