So, the first round is over. Not too bad, 18 people cast their votes, for which I thank them. Hope there will be more attention in the second round. Here are the results from the first one:

 I think it's not fair jsut to enter the gargoyle in this now...it is great, but it couldn't possibly have won agaisnt the orc!!!

It's probably going to end up Titan vs. Black dragon all over again. :-P
Perhaps the contest should separate the tiers of creatures till we get the best create from each tier (some adjustment could be made for H2 and H4 which do not have 7 tiers). And then we decide from those 7 finalists which one we like more than the other.
Because when I look at the creature list above me and am trying to choose, I'm thinking "Which creature would I want on my army?" and the answer is almost always the more powerful creature of the two. That creates a bias against the weaker creatures.
