I planned that one can judge at least until 5 people at least have judged. The more, the better!
@skrentyz:
The next faction will not be too soon, maybe even next year^^ After the judging of the creatures, we will now first come to the haven heroes...I think that will begin about the end of this week...it all depends on how quick we all judge
Next year? Wow...HOMM6 is gonna be long released by then OK. I dislike Haven, so I'll just return to this thread and my ideas for other factions as soon as you get to them, but I'm restraining myself from doing anything Haven-related.

@skrentyz: Bad Would you not even like to vote? also, shall I send a pm to you when we come to Necro/inferno?
AND, finally, would you be interested in a task-bound competition (which would be of creating own towns completely and therefore be more free!) as I described above?
EDIT: My scores:
Bixie:
Solid classical lineup so far, but: No ingame information, sadly. 9 points.
MattII:
Not too detailed, but a solid attempt with a bit of creativity to it Strength/weaknesses not there. 12
Admira:
nice detailed faction! I like the Swordfighter Champion and also the radian spirit Idea. 18
nightterror:
I'm not really liking your unit system, though I like the general lineup. so, "only" 10 points.
War-overlord:
Like the lineup quite much. Strength& weaknesses could be there. 18, so.
Dark Lord:
No descriptions at all, 0 points, sorry.
Alcibiades:
A bit classical a proposal, but solid. 15 points.
vitorsly:
Not detailed and not to my liking. 5 points.
Paiazza:
Nice!!! Especially concerning creativity. 20 points.
WitchHunter:
Solid. 12 Points.
Zenofex:
Please, please, please: order your descriptions in some way more. It's hard to see informations the way you did...
However really interesting attempt on haven, too! 19
jabanoss:
Quite classical in many aspects, but nice concepts! 16
Invictus7:
Another ncie proposal! 15 points.
LizardWarrior:
Creative, but not so too my taste, especially in comparison to other proposals. 12 points.

I ought to be. I may even enter this round a bit since I have an idea for a skill.
Quote: Also, amybe you could still vote that round?! as well as this, btw...
Well I'd like to, but since I'm categorically against Haven in it's conventional style I'm going to hold back because I know I won't be able to offer an unbiased opinion.

Of course not^^ but I want this to be a democratical choice that means we take in as many opinions as we can get. Everyone has a biased opinion! the hope is that our biases average the total

When's Inferno and Necropolis starting, people are getting bored of Haven?
As for the things made by you, I won't judge, will let others do it, I'm not a fan of Haven and really don't know how to judge it, all i can say i like Nightterror's level up idea. Would be cool to have something like:
basic - advanced - expert - master creatures instead of just leveling up once or choose from 2 as in H5. This will also cover the "too many creatures" and "names" wanted by some people as they can now just add those creatures/names in this leveling hierarchy.

As I said, when we're done with haven^^
I want this to cover the whole faction, not just creatures...and again, to you, too, the question I posted above (probably noone does see it anyway^^): Interested in a less bound faction competition, with a new task every two weeks (or one, if we're quick, but experience has sown 2 weeks are allready not much^^)

Yes, of course I can vote etc. just not anything requireing long descriptions of Heroes, Town Buildings, Strategies etc.(for Haven of course). I'd be grateful if you sent me it when you finish with Haven, but I'll probably know anyways since I look around the forums every once in a while .
YES! The section for our own ORIGINAL faction is the one I'm waiting for the most I have actually got quite a few factions on my mind.
OFFTOPIC: I'm also almost finished a little project showing my vision of the new Naga faction that's likely to appear in H6; I'll post a thread on it in a couple of days when I finish (I drew the creature pics myself, so they might not look very prefessional lol)

This is valid for all the factions. There will always be people who will find it most sacrilegious to have Necropolis without Skeletons or Vampires, Rampart/Sylvan without Elves or Unicors, Academy without Genies, Titans, Golems, etc. Some won't like the line-up even if just one creature is new, let alone several. So just do what you want.
On the subject of voting - I'll restrain myself from evaluating the othes' proposals.

It's probably my fault for making assumptions, but I was under the impression we'd go through the entire faction before there was a vote, rather than grade each individual part.
As it stands, my faction won't even begin to make sense until I post my completely overhauled Hero-system. Still, I probably shouldn't complain, as I'm not exactly getting bad scores here, but still, I feel slightly a fool for putting so much emphasis on that Morale stat without the proper Hero-triggers being detailed.

If you don't mind and think it's a good idea, can you make new threads for Necropolis and Inferno so we deal with these 3 factions at the same time in parallel, people are getting anxious or some just don't like other factions and don't involve at all. By doing this we'll also create more and more ideas because it is open from now until then, than keeping it in mind and showing it barely when the time comes for each faction. As for the 4th and 5th those can wait a bit.

No, we're voting each part. The point is, the hero system shall be developed with the units allready in mind! This, so my idea. Will add more diversity and yet more unity among us into the faction.
For the questions about faction change...
I am, considering me, not fond of such for some reasons:
-I don't want to make seperate threads, because thsi is ONE big competition and the altar is allready flooded enough with threads!!!
-Also, I want the factions to be built upon each other and be in the same system in the end...it seems unlikely this would happen with seperate threads.
-Since haven is so unliked, as it seems, what will happen if we do other factions parallel? They will be quickly finished (or, as I dare to assume, probably even there only the creatures will be) and no one will care about haven anymore, and it will ly in waste. But I want all of the factions to be finished in the end.
-Which leads me to the next point: I want all faction to be rather COMPLETE, meaning we DO have heroes&town structures. That's why I decided against first doing all lineups and then going to all heroes...but at this points, you may overvote me.
So. SInce many of you seem to wanna do a new faction, I start a kind of poll here: Everyone who wants the system to change, despite my arguments, which I find reasonable, in the direction that we first do (one after another) all creature lineups and THEN proceed to the heroes, so we don't stick to one faction for longer than two weeks at once, send me a pm that states it. If I get 10 or more pms with change-wish within 24 hours, I will declare the system changed and the next sub-round will be about creating the Inferno Lineup.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, independent from that, I give you two more days to vote, but on saturday, the winner of the first sub-round will be declared and we will go on with the next.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have time for when it will start so I give my idea now for then:
Inferno
______________________________________________________________________
Core
Possessed - Infused
The spirit demons who have escaped from Sheogh search for a body in order to make havoc in the material world. These demons are the spirits of the unbalanced, infuriated and unpredictable nature of Chaos. Humans craving for power are tricked by this spiritual demons that they will give them unnatural strength but instead the demon takes control over the human's body. In the mind of the human it is a strife with the demon over control, at this moment both being inside but the human still lives in that body.
* upgrade *
As time passes, the demonic essence consume the possessed one entirely. They are now insane and their souls are burnt out by rage and despair. Not being powerful enough to defeat this demon, the human dies, leaving it's body to the demon's will to do as he pleases. The human eventually turns into a spirit that will either go in Heaven, Hell or simply haunting this world for revenge. Realizing that he cannot go to neither Heaven or Hell and that it is binded to this world the human soul remains near his formal body begging the demon to give it him back. He accepts but he tricks him yet again. The demon has mastered the soul of this once noble human warrior, his virtuous past has long been forgotten.
Walker - Attack medium - Defense medium
Attack Twice
* upgrade *
Lost Soul - the Infused can throw away the soul of the human whom body belonged into any corpse in the battlefield to animate it, any creature can be animated by this soul depending on the level of the dead creature: core minus 10% stats, elite minus 33% stats, champion minus 66% stats, 1 soul can animate 1 creature from the stack up to the maximum of dead creatures
Succubus - Scarlet Angel
Seduced by the beauty of this angel, male of any race cannot resist this lustful desire of the tempting Succubus. Succubi enslave these males and control them as their loyal servants until they wish to brake their heart or simply because the man was saved by someone else braking the spell.
* upgrade *
Not being able to control their own sexual lust, these angels have fallen by no longer accepting their lives and embrace sin, searching for men to tempt to satisfy their uncontrolled desires. Lust is one of the most "convenient" sins. It is lust that drives men mad and forces them to do horrible things. A Scarlet Angel is the most attractive and dangerous spawn of Urgash.
Flyer - Caster - Attack weak - Defense weak
Seduce - seduces the target gaining control of that unit, only works on male units
Heart brake - after the seduce spell is gone the unit's heart becomes broken, full of hate increasing all damage done by 33%, as powerful as it is to control your enemies it has its disadvantages
* upgrade *
Lash Strike - the Scarlet Angel whips the demons ordering them offensive assault, 1 target, increase damage done by 16%
Hell Hound - Cerberus
This ferocious beast inspire fear in any mortal's heart but once in the battlefield facing it directly, the combatant knows that he cannot escape from it and rather than just dieing he fights back. This nightmarish creature looks at first glance to be a huge mastiff covered in black fur, and starving for fresh flesh. It is hideously misshapen, however, having glowing crimson eyes and unnaturally large fangs. It wears a spiked iron collar around its neck, in some sort of parody of domesticity. The Hell Hound growls menacingly, a wisp of smoke trailing from its mouth.
* upgrade *
This huge, powerfully-built beast appears to be part dog part demon. Its thick pelt is a glossy black, and its long teeth and claws glimmer intense crimson. Small flames trails from the corner of its mouth, its great eyes of fire glare at its prey with unnerving intelligence. Its black mane reeks of sulphur and death.
Walker - Attack medium - Defense weak
none
* upgrade *
Three-Headed Attack
No Enemy Retaliation
______________________________________________________________________
Elite
Pandemoneus - Modeus
There are those among men who would willingly give their souls and bodies to Urgash. They have even formed a cult of worship, expecting to receive rich gifts and knowledge in return. Well, Urgash does indeed deliver the goods to these fools - but only as long as they are useful to him. The most useful worshipers are gifted with a Codex of Chaos, which whispers dark thoughts of Hell directly into their minds. It fills the sorcerers with power. Having studied the Codex of Chaos for long enough, the sorcerer begins practicing, primarily specializing in the summoning of demons. He becomes a demonologist, who gives no quarter to his enemies. Few can read the Codex of Chaos and what dark secrets its pages possess. Those who do have such talent, won't say much about it anyway, for when a sorcerer becomes a demonologist, he won't give his secrets away. Those wise enough eventually become a Pandemoneus, being able to summon demons directly from Sheogh which pleases Urgash and rewards the Pandemoneus with great power.
* upgrade *
Having controlled the powers of the hellish fire for many decades, the Pandemoneus attained great strength. Pandemoneus has dedicated his life to the studies of magic, so that he could serve Urgash even better. He is greatly experienced, his knowledge is practically limitless, and he knows no fear or compassion. Drawing strength from the fires of Hell, the Pandemoneus rejects his frail physical shell and becomes Modeus - the demon incarnate. After many decades of human live turned into demonic one and finally having a demon body the Modeus is now immortal and more powerful than ever. He can wield and shift fire at his will incinerating enemy troops, set ablaze the battlefield or summon demons from Sheogh with just a thought.
Caster - Attack weak - Defense weak
Fireball - deals fire damage to all units in the target area, Fireball has a target area of 3x3
Meteor Shower - deals massive earth damage to all creatures in target area, Meteor Shower has a target area of 5x5.
Summon Imp - summons a fire missle shooting imp, last 3 turns, uncontrollable
* upgrade *
Armageddon - Deals massive fire damage to all creatures and war machines on a battlefield and local physical damage in the place of fall. Creatures in the center of the battlefield (4x4 square) are hit by the rock, and suffer extra physical damage (thus ignoring Magic Protection, Resistance and Immunities)
Summon Nightmare - summons a fiery Nightmare of pure fire, controlled - 1 turn - for 1 attack, disipates in the attack, the Nightmare charges along the battlefiend leaving a trail of damaging fire in its path and strikes any desired creature and burst into a fire explosion dealing damage to any nearby creatures, friend or foe
Tormentor - Lacerator
Tormentors are consumed by the endless suffering of Urgash and inflict upon their own bodies unthinkable horrors. They draw power from their own agony, and use their deformations to strike their enemies. The Tormentors' skeleton is his principal weapon, as he is able to tear out pieces of his body to use in combat. His ribs can pierce through his chest to pin an adversary: his bones can elongate and project through his fingers to provide him with razor-like talons.
* upgrade *
Lacerators are even worse than Tormentors, the excruciating pain they feel makes the blood in their veins flow so fast that it heaten becoming frenzied.
In this frenzied state they feel pain no longer and their muscles empower making the Lacerator faster and deadlier.
Walker - Attack high - Defense medium
Leap - the Tormentor leaps towards its target dealing damage + additional 10% for each square covered by the jump, stabbing his bones into that creature, can be used once every 5 turns
Ravage - the Tormentor elongates his bones claws dealing double damage and has a 100% change of scoring maximum damage, can be used once every 5 turns
* upgrade *
Blood Frenzy - each life point lost converts to damage in equal percentages, if Lacerator is at 100% hp it deals 100% damage, if it is at 50% hp it deals 150% damage, if it is at 1% hp it deals 199% damage
Juggernaut - Dreadnought
Juggernauts are easily identified by their immense horns and their basalt-covered fists and hooves. In battle, they rush violently (and sometimes blindly) into the enemies lines, impaling their enemies with their horns, crushing them with a swing of their massive arms, or trampling them to a bloody pulp. When needed, they even make good battering rams.
* upgrade *
Dreadnoughts are the incarnation of demonic strength and power. These fiery demons tremble the battlefields, rushing crimson stampede approaching towards the enemy penetrating through the weak and lethally wound the strong, Dreadnoughts conquer everything in their path.
Walker - Attack high - Defense high
Stampede - Juggernaut rushes on the battlefield damaging anything in straight line, small creatures are also knocked back 1 square, can be used once every 3 turns
* upgrade *
Impale - creatures damaged by the Dreadnought bleed for the same amount of damage over 3 turns, 33% of damage each turn
______________________________________________________________________
Champion
Pit Fiend - Pit Lord
Surpassed in their violent natures by only the most vehement Arch Demons, Pit Fiends are the most dangerous creatures found in the Infernal legions. Pit Fiends can master both magic or might, usually both, but they are not trained, they are born with this inner powers and develop it up to very powerful meanings.
* upgrade *
Only few of the Pit Lords seem to be able to wield chaos, therefore only the greatest of them are granted the most powerful weapons in the universe: the Vorpal swords. These swords are forged neither from matter nor spirit, they are forged from pure chaos, and in the eyes of mortals they take a material look of a some kind of metal or rock. The capability of these swords are tremendous as they cause utter destruction and as for life, it simply kills any living creature it touches, made of matter or spirit, killing even the soul annihilating it completely. Creature killed in this way cannot be resurrected as their body or soul doesn't even exist anymore.
Caster - Attack high - Defense high
Chaos Orb - the Pit Fiend creates a Chaos orb anywhere in the battlefield that makes a huge explosion spraying arcane particles in that area damaging multiple creatures / or, if casted on single target / the Pit Fiend creates a Chaos orb in his enemy's hearth creating an extremely powerful implosion to that creature - high damage
* upgrade *
Vorpal Sword - the Pit Lord kills at least 1 unit from the stack, units killed by Vorpal Sword cannot be resurrected by any means
Time Shift - the Pit Lord alters time, changing the fate of a desired creature, the selected creature is altered with its past form - that creature it is now as it was 3 turns before (changed back any buffs/debuffs/live if it died or been healed, everything changes back to exactly how it was 3 turns before) /the selected creature is altered from future - after 3 turns whether it dies it revives or if it's healed it degenerates back (after 3 turns the creature is changed back to how it was at the time the spell was cast)
______________________________________________________________________
As it comes to Earth, it begins to sow chaos and destruction burning out fertile soil, turning lush grasslands into deserts, and rivers into lava. This infernal arch-overlord spawning demons from Sheogh all over, is capable of annihilating its enemies in mere seconds, making Hell come to Earth. At the sight of it even the most courageous warriors tremble and run in terror, the mighty beasts hide in the woods or caves or fly up in the sky if they can, others swim deep into the deepest depths of the ocean. Few are the ones who remain to challenge it but even those when they see their allies fall faster than they can blink turn astray. As the Devil conquers the Earth it is only the mightiest of the arch-angels that can change the world's fate and renew its hope.
