Name : Rebecca (Becky) Kerns
Alias : Judgement Bolt
Age : 20
Hair : Blond
Eyes : Brown
Height : 5'7"
Background : Becky Kerns was a child prodigy. Her father had been a inventor and pioneer in the mechanical field, and Becky was a master mechanic at age 10. At age 13 her parents had been killed in an accident, and Becky had been paralyzed from the waist down. By age 14 she had taken the money left her by her parents, and turned it into millions in the stock market. Her guardians spent much of her money, but treated her nice.
At 18, when she became an adult she turned her again small fortune into billions with wise investments and several small patents mostly the military uses for plasma energy. Meanwhile she had been investigating the accident that claimed her parents. It led to a rival company of her fathers, who had been competing with him for a multibillion dollar government contract. She tried to pursue legal recourse to no avail.
Using dummy/shell corporations she started experimenting. For two years she locked herself away from everybody, as she would not be hurting for money anytime soon. Finally Judgement Bolt was born.
Powers : None. Everything is a gadget. She has the basic stuff. Pimped out car, small explosives, and the like. What really sets her apart however is her wheelchair.
Wheelchair : If inspected it will appear under most circumstances as a normal wheelchair. It will even pass through airplane security with ease. However, with a few pushes of a button, it becomes an armored suit for her. On the chest is the emblem of a pair of scales with a lightning bolt down the middle. The rest of the suit resembles a very streamlined judges robe.
Force field : The chair is capable of creating a special plasma current that can intercept and block most things. It drains energy pretty quickly, last 60 minutes at most under a steady barrage of attacks. Things can pass out of it harmlessly.
Judgement hammer : Another Plasma based device. It creates a large hammer made of plasma..that is Becky's weapon of choice. Looks like a gavel.
Flight : She is able to fly, and as Judgement bolt (since the suit does everything for her) it does not appear she is handicapped.
She has the basic utility items...gas canisters...pretty much everything a certain caped crusader might have.
Most of her equipment is shielded against such things as EMP, etc..however they are just devices. They can malfunction, break, etc. Also she can only carry so many of each thing. Given time and resources, however, she can devise a device for almost any use.
Her greatest weakness is the fact that it takes so much time for her to create new things. Also if her devices falls, she is just an ordinary human.

I have no idea. I am tempted to get rid of my QP's just so I can have no stars at all .. then it's just the avatar. Would be kinda cool. It's some kind of glitch-thingy or something .. I don't really remember, I asked a LONG time ago and got an answer. I think it's 2-3 years ago. So yeah, no answer really. I just don't

Oh. I'm suddenly tempted to learn programing for the sole purpose of hacking this site to find out the reason... And then remove all of your red stars in a similar fashion so that your "The nothing" title fits.

Econ was raised in the streets, by a retired super who couldn't make money. When Econ was 10, the super died, and he was left on his own. He tried to make his own superhero group, which flourished for one year, before a chemical weapon killed all but two, who then left each other. Econ went back to the streets again, before long becoming a hired mercenary. Then, he did a terrible crime (I'll reveal it later) that he got sent to jail for seven years. After that, Econ then moved to New Constantinople right after the villain war, ready to start a new, fresh life.
Changed his age so he's now 18. Thought it would fit better.
