Huh.
I have to say this is all very impressive, especially the graphics. I kind of like the secondary war machines idea, too... would all of them be available at once, though, or would some be replacements of the current ones?
...eh. I've got an idea for a faction too, but I can't start a thread yet...
...well, there is quite a lot of little spelling mistakes, and the magic system looks complicated. Those are the problems I have with this so far...
I haven't read it all yet.

Post a bit in the newcomer thread in the newcomer forum and then you'll quickly be able to make your own thread!
Edit: I think that maybe there could still be room for the bone dragon, if by placing a dragon/hydra on the skeleton transformer, a bone dragon would appear?
It is actually a bit strange how Necropolis works on the theme of turning living into undead, yet it doesn't seem like something they do very much in the game, except for a single unit type. In that regard, there should be at least 3 undead versions of every monster (or 2, if they don't have bones in their body). Skeleton unit, zombie unit and ghost unit.
Finally, there're the more advanced types. Liches, I believe, were once magic casters. Vampires, I'm not too certain how the vampire lore in HoMM is, at least it doesn't seem to be a curse that spreads through biding. Finally the Black Knights, whom I'm not too certain about either.

well there will be an extra creature dwelling which every week will produce a number of undead creatures,but will cost very much,around 20000 treasury and 10 morion/flourite
about bone dragon,I already have a undead wyrm,but there might be a bone dragon...or a dracolich

Placing in undead transformer and get:
Walkers I->Corpses[if upg. Ghouls]
Flyers->Ghosts[if upg. Spectre]
Walkers II->Skeleton W.[if upg. Skeleton C.]
Spellcasters->Necrolyte[if upg. Lich]
Dragons/Reptiles->Rotten Wyrm[if upg. Plague Wyrm]
Giant Humanoids/others->Wraiths[if upg. Reapers]
If the placed creatures are weaker,then undead stack will have less units than original.If the placed creatures are stringer,then undead stack will have more than original(undead wyrms from champion dragons/hydras)

...my faction idea is quite similar to them, at least the core units. Hm. Do you think I should publish it?
I also can't say I like the unique creatures much. I just don't like the idea of them, of some single champion... That's what a hero is for.

First of all great thread here, but to start of I must say that the thing i found must unpleasing was the terrine weather relation.
I see it as this weather is a living part of the game but it manifest depending on a region and terrains and not be limited to just being a random events that has a percentage of happening on a given terrain, for example the furtherest north on the map generated snow terrain , than forest, meadows, plained, step, desert on the middle than going upward to snow again, this for a non water map on a water map after desert you get savanna, jungle sea and snow . Now when creating a map you can create the steps start from meadow till jungle or snow to desert etc.
OK so now the whether is alive and going around but depending on the terrain that hi manifest itself it takes different forms sandstorms on deserts, meadows get rain storms, hurricanes in jungle and sea, snow storm on snow terrain etc. Also on terrain below the sea level after rains or on cold days you get fog and sleet or other related meteorological events etc.
This brings me to another idea, the day you start the game in real life is taking in consideration for the seasonal cycle,for example you start the map for the first time in September the forest are coppery, as you end your turn you advance through the months the cold related events become more often forest lose all levees except the pine tries and other conifers and snow terrine would extended further and so and so forth until you reach spring, in game, and snow terrine retracts forest become greenish etc.
If you saved the game and then load it then seasons reprise from where they ware left and ignore real life date.
This system would work for deserts which in summertime have a great chance of meting sandstorms and get increased walk penalty while in winter season sand storms would form less and walking penalty is less and jungles get in summer less rain and decreased walking penalty but hurricanes form more often while in winter you get more rain and less hurricane bur walking penalty is increased.
Although the system you described is a step further that the Heroes franchise should reach someday what I'm proposing is something of a virtual ecosystem that would take some effort to implement.
But his notion could be taken a bit further like catastrophes (obviously when creating the map you could chose if to be implementable or not and to what degree) volcanic eruption that could alter a terrine, earthquakes that would sink islands or undersea volcanic eruption that would rise, from the sea-bottom, islands whit ancient relics on theme etc., but this are for wish-list of mine for a Heroes 8 maybe H9, because I don't think that it could be implemented in the currently developed H6 or H7.

I don't like your dungeon,I think a dinosaur just doesn't fit into the might and magic series and giant spiders and snakes are also nothing special.And even though the darkness dragon looks badass and its name sounds badass I feel kinda sad for the black dragon who gets degraded to a basic champion unit.
But even though I dislike your lineup I have to say that they look pretty good.

Hey, I like your Dungeon, only thing I'd do is possibly change the Champion unit to some Shadow Demon or such, Dragon's are a bit boring

Yeah, I also think you should replace this spiders, you can make it sumonable as a spell or smth. like that, but I don't think they could be a normal unit. Compared with other creatures they're just too normal.
But let the dragons as they are.
