no it worked perfectly actually  (and no delays cause of the third person at all.. (he/she just had to click end turn, thats all)
to diegis yes it can easily be done in heroes V aswell...
just add an closed area to any map and ofc an chartographer on each lvl. (upper/underworld) takes just a few min for an map maker to make...
but who are willing to be the "Player" who just watch and not beeing able to do anything than just wait... ?
what who should be really fun to add in an "watch battle" button so the third player could select any battles to watch during his "waiting" time..

I have no problem someone watching all of the games not just mine but time limit should be long enough. I mean 30 mins for Caesars is not enough.

the bad thing about heroes V and the time thingy is that when you enter a battle the timer stills run !! GRRRR that was not the issue in any of the other versions of heroes... so... sometimes when you enter a loong battle thats all you manage to do in that turn... 
so I wish there was a mod who could stop the timer when you entered a battle... been asking for that a loong time but no one manage to make it
then again... if every turn is longer that 30 min who will be able to sit PUT for several hours and watch every tiny little step each player makes without leaving his post ?? lol

Heroes V is the game of the paranoi(a)c
"new" rules for the finals:
1. if one of the players got an d/c the other player qualify for a free reload.
2. need to finish the game in 1 session (so no big maps are allowed)
save game= look at save=> the one who look at save is the looser of the current ongoing game ===> both the competitors lost
3. remember to start the heroes scanner program before you start heroes V game (just to be sure).... (it does'nt mean that you're actually gonna use it  )
4. the one who reach 3 d/c in the current game qualify for an "bad" luck bagde who can get useful in the next round
(the bad thing is that he/she actually lose the current game aswell..

it's a smart little program who do this:
scan current ongoing game and will tell you everything about every town... what spell you gonna get, weeks and so on...
nothing left for your imagination..
and yes Ive been trying for a long time to make an counter mod..
but tiny little me failed there...
but then again I'm not playing heroes V online anymore
(just once a week at home against my best friend...)

So lets get back on topic and start discussing details
Suggested Participants include
Infinitus

FireDragon
DrOwnage
Buxyrs

Start Date April 18th -- End Date June 18th
Using a Bracket system for example, there would be 3 rounds. 8 --> 4 --> 2 So each round would have 3 week deadline. Best 2 outta 3 games. Thats 1 game a week. Should be no problem. And this way the finals end few days before June 21st H6 release date.
This is my idea or suggestion... thoughts?

I'm a bit late as usual , but thanks for congratulating me being one of the ceasars.
However there's been some changes in real life and therefore I can't participate in the ceasar finals within that period, how much I'd like to.
There's work, and I also have to help my bro the next few months building his new house etc etc.
By the time heroes 6 comes out I surely hope to be back once again and maybe I have spare time to play one game or so in the meanwhile, but not everyday.

another rule: map pool of 10 maps and each time one map is randomly drawn from it and one map can`t be played more than once in each round by the two players.

As i said before if such rule is adopted, i not participate. Better will help Buxyrs build his brother house
About time limit - time not stop in battle. So common tactic is to move all heroes, build town and in the end of turn big boom battle with main hero. Time limit save players time cos sometime player can prefer to not replay auto combat results in case of minor looses. In case of unlimited time players prefer to replay even 1 pixie loose.
Still no news from Vesuvius. What kind of Caesar can be without his approval ?
And how problem with Natalka boycott will be solved ?
Pera, Vex, DrOwnage, Infinitus will not play vs her in Caesar ...
Yes i can try play vs Natalka for TOH on UBI server with time limit set to see if normal play is possible but this is it for now ...

I think that is good idea.. as Natalka did.. Everyone post there TOP 3 Maps.. and then we see if we can devise a top 10 maps pool outta the ones listed.
@ Infinitus.... even if we dont adopt that rule about not playing same map twice.. you do realize that good chance outta 10 maps that your opponent wont agree to a random map.. maybe once but not a 2nd.. so if your hoping for only random map games during all your matches.. I think maybe you should start heading to Buxyrs Brother house now and get a head start

As i said before i for - I prefer each player choose his home ground for play from map pool. One game me, one game you. If no, no ... Not a big tragedy ... Gl to all ...
Question is still here - this tourney will be official TOH tourney approved by Ves, or is just so called Caesar ?
Ho will decide rules for tourney - players majority or Jinxer or Ves ?
