don't be foolish  , just contact cepheus he'll rectify things in no-time. EVEN if your not 16 mind you, or go straight to alderbranchh on ubisoft forums and contact him with your plight, trust me he'll do his best to grant you access regardless of age (thats what i interpreted from what he said) worth a try.

Percival, you could also make another account an register under that account and then everything should work fine.
BTW, download readyyyy!, now installing...

Did you make sure to scroll through the Terms & Service readme? You have to scroll it all the way down before it lets you validate.

guys, im in my account and page says UBISOFT BETA REPORT TOOL welcome to the ubisoft beta center. NOTHING ELSE. cant download guys what do i do?
tried with IE, safari and chrome there is no menu where i can chose download and when i copy/paste the links u guys gave at p13-14 it redirects to http://beta.ubi.com/index.php

I got that too. Just keep navigating to the link provided; eventually you'll get through.
Of course, now I have to wait several hours...my download kicked out again...

Mehrunes if you are in the beta centre then simply look on the left-hand side of the screen and click on downloads.

I think we can safely say the main bug up for reporting with the current version of the game is this godawful cock-up of an excuse for an installation process

I don't have the problem, I was saying what might be needed to fix it. You also need to make sure you checkbox both Terms of Service things. There is one above the Terms of Service and one below it. Once you checkmark both, make sure you use the scroll bar to scroll through the Terms of Service box. If done right, the Validate button should light up white instead of being grey.

I managed to reinstall the game. But still Uplay gives the error that I am not logged in. Anybody else with this problem?
