Hans C maps
I just found them by accident, and I must say they are awesome. I recommend those maps to any Heroes player in search for very difficult and complex maps. A lot of coherent and artistic story, perfect progression, tons of surprises.
Where the beauty, by Hans C and modified by Aquamarine, play one of the four races, extremely hard fights in late game
 
The Lone Knight, play one of the four races, very customizable map, insanely complex, with tons of quests and battles (not sure other than necro can win that map). Chinese record is 71 days, I got 104 after two tries.
 
The Uprising, one of the best ever, a lot of water but fluent
 
I found The Lone Knight much more difficult than To kill for power. What I like in those maps is that secondary heros are very useful and will contribute to the victory, unlike in most maps around.

I think I played The Lone Knight ages ago ... I'm not sure, but it does sort of ring a bell, and I think it was one of the maps from H3 that really left an impression on me.

Hans C. has a few maps, but they are amognst the best
of all maps I ever played. All his maps are
very hard and player skills are tested to the max.
Thus they give great feeling and satisfaction.
Unfortunately for no reason Hans C, maps are not so
well-known, but I will strongly recomend them to
every fan of the game.

Oh my god...
Thanks Valery, I'm sure Hans will be very happy(just assume).
Uprising is always my favorite because Hans the American can write so smooth and perfect exciting story of Chinese Ancient Myth, Creation of the Gods.
Though actually his maps are not hard ... at all. To Himself it may be true.
Of course The Lone Knight is winnable using other three rulers. I've played them all four. Chinese record... 71 days are a little loose, 50-60 days are possile as well
If using bugs of Admiral's Hat plus gloves and boots, I can complete The Lone Knight within 16-19(I don't remember exactly) days and Uprising within 6 days.
Have you played his campaign Eternal Love already? This campaign is always regarded as the best campaign. It is the first best, and there is no other campaign can be the second, the third one is far less good compared to it.
