There is about 40-50 heroes in HMM4 (both male and female variants).
I saw several heroes converted to DEFs in Heroines mod.
But there are a lot of them not available on creature banks.
I now know, that converting a creature from HMM4 takes about more than 1 hour on each.
So one will possible have no time to start converting remaining heroes to DEFs.
So I ask DEFs of remaining heroes. Maybe someone had done several of them for himself etc. Or there is some work in progress.

I decided to rip some units from WoW, so same project is also worked on is Heroes 5 ToE version. I'll need link to Russian Translation.

By the way, found this resource of open art:

There are few isometric units fitting to be converted to Heroes 3. And a lot of sprites of dwellings and terrain objects.

@Edit: downloading from wog archive is almost impossible, download was canceled several times. I will put it on wakeofgods.org as soon as I get it.

I downloaded it, but archive is broken, 520 files are not readln.
I hope Itsjustme will reapload it to somewhere else.

i downloaded it as well, and it's as macron said: there're file errors. many files weren't able to be transferred from the .7z.

i also found .bat files in some of the folders; after extraction, and "ping" folders. intentional?

2 units without portrait and map defs are units which is not good for Heroes but... defs done and I am not saying about 189 new units.

missed your reply, sorry. creature work is more time-consuming than object work(due to the amount of frames to get right). how long did it take you to put all these together?

Is it all units from BAO?
I'm asking, because some of units don't have a pair to be used as upgrade/degrade.
You made them from 3D models? Or they were already cutted to sprites in resources?
