Viewing "bonuses"
When I like to view a post that had QP from a person's profile it shows the number of the post, not the page of the post in the tread. Like "The Blabla (4250)" Am I supposed to view all the pages of that tread which has, say, 110 pages? Or is there a shortcut I am not aware of? How will I know on which page the 4250th post is?

I know, that's always bothered me as well. The bonuses page should ideally take you right to where the QP is.

Not really what you're looking for, but you can do a search (with or without keywords) for any member. QPs come on top of search results. Posts are shortened to 10,000 characters though.
That way you can also see bonuses awarded to mods as well as to members who have the same number of QPs and -QPs (in which case those don't show in the profile).
By the way, the number you mentioned is not the number of the post but the number of replies in the thread.
