Opponents and Curses/Lucky streaks/maybe bugs :P
You ever played someone a couple of times and wondered why u allways have extrem luck or badluck against em or why u allways play perfectly vs some guys and play like **** when playing some ? . I think its kinda funny because there are a lot players i can do what i want the outcome seems clear day 1.
some examples
Lord of Kaos - everytime i play him i kill myself in little fights (e.g. vs. several nagas) . i dont know why but must be a curse or so .we never get to week 3.
Sorry LOK again u surely will get the chance to kill me someday before i kill myself 
Grandelf - thats really strange vs grandelf i had 5 or more games in a row recanters cloak and everytime i didnt have it i lost. so when i didn't found it i knew i was lost lol
Jinxer - Everytime i play him i seen to get at least the top 4 relics from somewhere. really strange .
Andiangelslayer - everytime i play him and we meet in a battle i fight like my grandma and make one mistake followed by the next one. i really got no clue why seems like i dont beliebe enuff in my stats / spells/myself.
anyone got some more ?

Motorsacff&Andiangelslayer - Some how vrs both of them they
always seem to get lvl 7s in r.camp and a nice scholor to
learn millions of spells .
Bossbodiddly,The_plemon - I always seem to pull great
r.camps vrs them and get nice heroes.
Deemer - I have bad luck with him but his luck as bad as
mine so games just like regular lol

Well I think everyone has different strategies why you can win someone everytime & lose to someone everytime.
Even if the strategy is slitely off some players can beat & fend off certain strategies as for the others might have work on thier strategy.
See what i'm saying yes.

One time, when I picked up a tresure chest, it gave me an artifact instead of money. I was surprised.

It's very simple.
When you play someone who sucks all your shipwreck dudes have relics and everything joins you.
When you play someone who's good nothing joins you and you search through the flotsam and find nothing.

Yep Mocara ... thats Murphy's law I guess ...
I have had it several times indeed that I was playing a weaker opponent and got all I could ask for in relics/luck/morale/joiners (which I didn't need to defeat him in the first place). Last time I got two combination arties from tow shipwrecksurvivors ..LOL
But is seems that whenever I could use a bit of luck on arties and stuff ... it doesn't happen!@
