I still didn't decide the 4th necropolis tier,but I'm planning to do a WOG option that gives vampires to both Romanian Town and Necropolis.
Here's a possible candidate for 4th tier,still not sure...(the cannon with skeletons)

Everything looks great, really nice job! For the 4th tier you could use the new ERA function to allow more than two creatures to be bought, like HoL uses in his mod.

Thanks.I could use the era function,but it would be a little imbalanced for other towns if I add it only at Romanian Town.

Well,you can keep the Vampire->Vampire Lord for Necropolis and make something different for Romanian(More Hero_Of_Light styled):
T1: Peasant->Rogue
T2: Wolf->Dire Wolf
T3: Strigoi OR Gypsy
T4: Nosferatu OR Haiduc
T5: Werewolf->Alpha Werewolf
T6: Zgriptori OR Hussar
T7: Zmeu->Balaur
Now,Gypsy is renamed Nomad while Haiduc is renamed Sharpshooter.On T6 I strongly suggest you to include hussars.
Here's a design you can use to animate them.
Here search for Wampir and I think that should be your Nosferat model.

This time I'm going on Romanian Mythology.Peasant->Rogue isn't a 100% Romanian combination(I know not even the wolves aren't,but in Romania is a big population of wolves in the Carpatian Forests). Gyspies aren't from Romania,the gyspy population comes from India.There are Stronghold's Wolf Riders lvl 2,so the simple wolves are better for lvl 1.
The Hussar isn't from Romania,I need more Romanian original troops.
Maybe I'll change the models of some of the existent creatures.I'm already planning to do this.

Ok.As for recolouring,I need to tell you you need to change either the Zgriptori or the Fierce Zgriptori color to make them distinguishable.
As for Gypsies there is a big community of them in Romania.
But...wait a sec...Where are the BATS!

I could make the bats linked to an hero special,for example Vlad Tepes(aka Dracula) could summon vampire bats on the battlefield.
Here are some alternatives that I may add to Romanian Town(be they replacements,3rd upgrade or 8th level). Planning to do some of them,not sure I can make all of them.

Based on romanian mythology they should be able to push a pike through enemies genitals. Then wait until they die in pain. Vlad Tepes.

@drakon-deus:iele are too similar to pixies/sprites,they're faires after all
@salamander:impaling would be a good idea for spell,however I don't know if it's possible to add new spells and even if there's a way I don't know it
@lord_immortal:that's the idea for chasm balaur,lvl 8 creature.Varcolac is the Romanian word for werewolf,but it would work for upgrade or 3rd upgrade

I like the Castle on the adventure map,it's a bit different than the rest,but I like it.
