Armageddon Blade Campaign problem
Pls, if this is not the appropriate site, can someone point me in the right direction: I started playiong the H3 Complete campaigns for once (yes....) and when I try the AB campaign a seires of windows pops up with messages like:
GetBitmap16 resource could not find "camp1ab7.pcx"
GetBitmap16 resource could not find "dfault24.pcx"
and 4 other similar messages.
This does NOT happen if I try SoD. I have recently started t he RoE secret/bonus campaign (the last one).
I have H3 Complete from gog.com... I googled this problem and found no answers.

You don't have any mods for H3 installed? Reinstall game maybe this will help. Also you should've some patches, extras and so on downloaded wih game (gog adds them usually) so check it. If You won't find patch there search for it in google.

Thx, I know the one from GOG is already patched... I will try to install it in some other folder, coz I dont wanna have to instal WOG all over again.
Hey, are the campaigns from RoE, AB and SoD somehow interlinked? I mean, does starting AB or SoD campaigns offer anything different, according to how you did in RoE and so? I guess not, but no harm in asking...
Also, is there any good wlakthru for AB? I have this one http://www.celestialheavens.com/viewpage.php?id=208 which was very good for RoE, but has onmly one of AB campaigns...

If you play/wish to play the original RoE, AB & SoD campaigns, do not install WoG. I do recommend installing the HD patch/mod, since it'll fix some bugs as well, if I remember correctly

EDIT: teh reason I say 'somewhat decent' is because we read things like:
"... Start off by taking out town 2 to expand your territory [makes sense]. The rest is easy. You have four heroes, right? Build up your towns and give any two of them large armies. March one off to town 3 and the second to town 5. Then have them take out towns 4 and 6. Then you build up the other four towns.
How the hell does one do that with limited resources and long distances? The second time I am playing this and I feel slowly overpwered. So my guess is when invading enemy territory, you MUST use the underground, which appears to be much shorter route. Otherwise you will not be able to defend your old and new towns.
