If all the heroes can get unlocked by completing the whole campaing than no big problem for me. But it's a silly thing anyway.

But this game has soooooo many issues that I can't even count this among them. It can be even more buggy than Disciples 3.

So yes, unless you build your own custom hero your options for starting one are limited to say the least.


The worst is, that you cant set your oponents in a custom game on random, you have to manualy chose their faction and starting hero, and you can only chose from the twoper faction used in DEMO/OFFLINE

You canot set a random enemy, or hero for the factions means for me, that there is no element of surprise for you.

You can only unlock some of them, aka the legacy heroes. Most tavern heroes are unavailable permanently. (aside 2 per faction that are available - though only offline).

For example my options for multiplayer game atm are:

Sandor
Pavel
Kiril
Anastasya
Custom Hero.

Thats it after completing prologue+3 other campaigns.
