Anyone know how morale and luck work ?

Hi,

could anyone briefly explain how morale and luck work in HoMM6 ?
What i would like to know is

- By how much does each point of destiny increase the chance for a lucky strike to trigger ?

- Same question for morale

- How much is the damage bonus of a critical hit ?
