Sanctuary Track
Hello everyone!
I have a problem concerning «Might & Magic Heroes VI» music. I am trying to find the draft version of the Sanctuary Theme. I have been looking for it since June 2011. Unsuccessfully, of course.
So, a little explanation. What do I mean by the draft version? There are 3 types of the Sanctuary Theme, which were officially published. The first one was originally composed by Paul Romero, you can hear it here. The second version, which I am interested in, sounds in the presentation video of the Sanctuary faction, here it is. Finally, the third one was included in the game.
Unfortunately, practically everyone thinks that the second and the third versions have no differences, they are similar. But it is not true, they are not the same. Let me explain some distinctions.
The first moment. Compare these fragments: 0:35 — 0:37 and 0:13 — 0:15.
The second moment (here I compare the Sanctuary Town Theme with the Sanctuary Fort Theme, because the fort's music was cut from that one, which I am looking for). 1:44 — 1:47 and 0:21 — 0:24.
Of course, there are much more differences between these tracks, but I think that these two are enough for now.
It should be said, that I had already talked about this problem to Paul Romero and Irina Kassina. Paul said that the new arrangement for the Sanctuary Theme was created by another arranger (hired by the «Ubi Soft Entertainment» company), that is why he was not able to help me. Irina looked the company's archives over, but nothing except the final version was found.
I decided to write about it on this forum, because, as far as I know, practically all the exclusive materials about Sanctuary had been published here very early. Hope someone among the users really have this track from the presentation video and can share it with me. I will be very grateful if anyone help me! Thanks in advance!

Hi and welcome. Unfortunately, if Paul Romero and Ubisoft don't have this track for you, neither do we. We got Sanctuary concept artworks here in a leak before they were officially released, but no music. There might be a chance that Marzhin has it, though, so I'll ask him.

You know, I am sure that Paul does not have it. But, to be honest, I have some doubts concerning the archives of the «Ubi Soft Entertainment» / «Black Hole Entertainment», because Irina Kassina told me the company's soundman had claimed that the second and the third versions of the Sanctuary Theme are the same! But it is absolutely wrong! And I have already explained the difference. I am sure: the soundman just did not manage to notice these distinctions, because it is quite hard to hear them. To my mind, that is why he told Irina that these versions are the same and stopped looking the archives over. So, this fact allows me to suggest that the file, which I need, still exists in the company's archives.
Maybe someone of this forum's users has an access to those audio archives and can look them over personally?  Really, guys, I need this version of the Sanctuary Theme very much! I depend on beautiful music... And it is my disaster... Hope you understand my situation.
Anyone, if you can help me somehow, please, do it! I will be immensely grateful!!!
