I hope you do not want to start a discussion about QA at Heroes 6 .

I thought that if you did that, you got to skip ahead to level 8 and get 5 more lives.

Quote: You've misread the whole post. The patch is only slightly delayed not "again delayed". You will give the people the impression that the patch was due 3 weeks ago (for exact date ask War-overlord ). This is clearly not the case here. They just have to address some last minute networking problems and the patch will be released with a slight delay.
This certainly IS the case.
as you can clearly see it said 2nd half of march.
as opposed to END of march.
so now we are halfway of april and the march patch of nearly a month ago is still nto released wich meens that within 2 1/2 weeks they have to deliver two patches.

2nd half of march => between 15 and 31 of march.
So, in the best case we have already 1 month of delay, and in the worst case 2 weeks.
But the problem is the lack of transparency from Ubisoft. The refuse to speak about BH problem, and they keep pushing back the patch (first the delay of 1 week announced by the VIPs, then another week delay (annunced on the official forums by a mod, mush iirc) and now it's delayed again ---> people who bought the game must be really pissed off.
Giving credit to BH bankrupty, we have 2 facts:
- First, Limbic now is in charge of the patches and the game. So, we must give them some credit since they haven't have the chance and the time to judge them correctly. Their task ain't easy.
- However, Ubisoft failed twice with Heroes developers (heroes V base game was awful, full of bugs, and Heroes VI is not better, and the conflux doesn't help at all). And they have kept a looooooong silence and they refuse to tell the truth. Really disappointing. I still remenber the 3.2 Heroes V patch that never came out because Ubisoft broke with Nival

Quote: The problem with the quality testing team is that they can prevent a patch from being delivered because for instance the patch causes the game to crash if you push up, down, right, left, B, A. All it takes is discover a tricky anomaly just before the patch is released et voila!

For having worked inside a QA team, I can only say it would have been a very good thing for the game if such reports had been respected.
